Bottom line:
I was hired by a woman to design a catalog. I have an ENTIRE email trail saying all from that she is going to pay me half up front, half at the end to that she has managed me wrong, apologized for being a "b---h", etc.
I have been strung along since April, since this project was supposed to be done in March. She finally said I would be paid in July. I have since received an email saying that she "respectfully concluded" that she will not pay me the rest since she doesn't think I did my job.
However, I have emails supporting that she has said the opposite.
My problem is that she said she would write up a contract in the beginning and never did. I do have many many emails that clearly say from her that I will be paid. Does this stand up in court?
Also, can I sue her for court costs and missed time at work and/or the stress and financial burden this has put on me waiting out her payment that was to be paid in April?
I completed ALL THE WORK I was supposed to.

How can we engage more people etc; etc; etc: By talking and not repeating words to impress. Answer questions and stop beating around the bush. We don't need the fancy words and thoughts. Just the facts and real information that we can think on. Not thoughts that cause us to have to think of what it was that was being said. Average people make up the population. We need to be told things without having to read several books on opinions of issues. We aren't in the know as to why our boys can't come home. If it was as simple as the candidate say it is then the boys would be coming home. There is so much more and we can't know it all. So stop all the talk on issues that you aren't going to advise us on. Hilliary tried for months to get a health program together when Bill was president. She couldn't do it. As President she won't change it. If the boys aren't home by 08 they won't be home for years after. What excuse will the next government give?

TANF set new rules. It eliminated the automatic entitlement to benefits. To qualify, mothers had to look for work, take job training or both (states set exact requirements). There was a general five-year lifetime limit on receiving benefits.

What has happened to our legal system? According to the Jury, Ramos and Compian broke the law. They have the right to request an appeal. I have never once heard Lou Dobbs claim that they were innocent of the charges.

I am 15 with a 23yearold stuck inside me and I have been wanting to pove out of my parents house since I was 14... I am NOT a sexist or a bigot. However, as someone who went through gender integrated basic training at Ft. Jackson, SC, I can tell you this about it.

IT DOES NOT WORK.

The idea behind it was that men and women will work together, so why not train them together? However, IT IS NOT THAT SIMPLE.

You can't put men and women together in a place where they are temporarily deprived of all priveleges and then tell them they can't fraternize and expect everyone to comply. It's not going to happen. Yes, maybe it's a matter of self control, but it's different when you know what someone is going to do.

Another thing is physical limitations. When the males and females got "smoked" together, they had to end it early because of the females, so it wasn't really instilling discpline into the males.

The Marines are the only branch doing it right when it comes to basic/boot camp and gender. Not only is it segragated, but only male DI's train male recruits, while female DI's train females.

The two above people are current and former leaders of North Korea, respectively. The North Koreans worship them as Gods in their country.
Any misdemenor, no matter how small is a death sentence, not only for the offender but his/her whole extended family.
The people starve and die everyday while Kim Jong Il indulges himself in a lavish lifestyle.
Foreign imports are banned while he himself owns 1000's of imported limos, luxuries and prostitutes.
He has created a hate impression of Americans in his country and blames America for a divided Korea while the truth is that America saved the South from the tyranny of the North.

What are your views on this?
Do the North Koreans worship the Kims out of fear of being prosecuted or do they really love them?
Do you think Kim Jong II should suffer the same fate as Saddam Hussian?
Would you call Kim Jong a great leader or a great shame?
Do you think the people will hold the same reverence for him if the Americans dispose him off?

I have been a social worker for six years, and the people I work with have to be seeking jobs or receiving work training to continue to receive welfare benefits. They also are limited to five years of eligibility over their lifetime. I have had to deny people welfare benefits because they did not follow through in meeting the criteria, but I would love to hear a story of how people abuse the system, as the problem is not the system, but the social workers not enforcing the rules.

I'd like to know, as an American, how people in the UK feel about large numbers of north africans and arabs immigrating to the UK. A while back, I read in article in "Der Spiegel" regarding the tensions in the UK after the London bombings. Afterwards, there were idiots holding signs saying "Islam will dominate, etc". Why is this tolerated? At least some of the things people say have got to be illegal. Some of the other things they have said in other cases are "take the Danish women as booty". We're talking about them advocating rape. Second, question why do individuals stand by idle and allow it? I know that in the US, if someone said such things after 9/11, the reaction would be hazardous to that persons health. Thirdly, why are they so disrespectful? Your society is very generous indeed with the social benefits. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.
