How do I purchase the mineral and water rights to my property in Missouri?

First have a lawyer look at your title or deed. You may already own them or be able to add a rider to the deed claimng them.

The U.S. Bureau of Surface can tell you if a company already owns them. If they do you'd better have lots of money to fight them because the law is not own your side.
