They denied my visa application last year in October, and they marked my passport with seal that ive been denied.I wanted to visit my sister who lives in Washington DC with her husband who is in marines.Unfortunately i dont go to collage because i dont have money for it,and i had changed a few jobs because of bad treating.I would like to apply again for christmas holydays with my mom but im afraid i will be denied again.I dont know how to make them sure that i will realy get back to my homecountry and that i just want to go for a visit.I just want to SEE her..If i ve been denied once does that means that my chances to get it next time are sure to be lower? And what should i do?

The first dui diversion was in 2001 and the mips happened in 2002 when i was 19. Now at 24 i am alot more mature and I really want to be able to serve my country.

my family went through immigration, we got our legal status and then came to america to work hard, why do some think that the illegals should not have to go through the same process that my family did ten years ago to come here, were are poor and we waited, just like 1000s of hispanics did before us

I cant prove it, but I personally know it exists! Whether to bilk insurance for emergency room visits, to help the funeral home business, or whatever it is used for.

They were marching down the main road. Isn't this the turn off part? At what point do they realize that they are making more enemies than friends by not using wisdom?

please keep in mind I say this is a false allegation.
If Jane Doe alledges That I touched and or moved her panties at the top of her pants line, does this allegation match the punishment and charge of touching the genitals with the intent to arouse or gratify ?

When will the people understand our government has been bought and paid for by corporate globalists?

This includes members from the Republican and Democrat parties!

Since every day more and more people are realizing the seriouness of this situation and basically the 'cat's out of the bag' so to speak, why isn't the media asking these questions?

GHW Bush created NAFTA and Bill Clinton made it law. Now GW Bush is responsible for taking this further with SPP and CAFTA and other programs making way for the NAU.
Why would a Democrat President be working in conjunction with Republican Presidents in this matter?

If you are getting married for a 2nd or 3rd time and want to protect your money/ property to ensure that after your passing or in the event of a divorce it goes to your children, is there really any sure fire way to do so? People do pre-nup's and they have a will, but if the spouse with the money (who had a pre-nup and a will) is somehow convinced by person they married to undo the pre-nup or change the will (maybe because the person has dementia) all the things that occurred while the person was in "right mind" would be undone, thus screwing the kids out of their inheritance.
Can you give POA rights to you child, by-passing the rights of the second spouse? Also could you make your will to state that your child must sign off on any changes, preventing the second spouse from having the will changed in their favor

They try to rewrite the history of Hitler as a right-wing movement, or in general, portray fascism as right-wing ideas.

But the modern liberal is: “Be politically correct”, “say what I tell you to say”, “accept sexually the way I tell you to accept it”, and "if you fall out of my lines, I will charge you with a hate crime or a lawsuit." This is fascism reborn, but it all comes from the left.

The same left who says you should have “an open mind” about all their ideas, but would not want to consider any ideas from the right could possible be true.

By the way... The term "Nazi" is short for "Nationalsozialistisch", which means "National Socialist". Remind me, who in the US is for 'National Socialism'? ...Oh yea, our buddies the Liberals.

The military is something I've always wanted to experience. However coming out of high school I was talked out of joining by my parents and went to college. I'm graduating at the end of this year and after growing up some realize I need to join while I still can. I'll be 22, married and with no kids. I do have student loans (Stafford) and I'm hoping the military will pay them back. Has anyone been through the loan repayment process? Did everything run smoothly? Joining is something I look forward to but there is no way I could support my family with a student loan payment. Thank you and I appreciate any extra advice.

Bush has continued on a "borrow and spend" path for several years now. I'm thinking maybe I don't need to worry about our debts and deficits. I'm almost 50 so I'll be gone before we really have to pay for it, but can someone who understands econ. better than me explain what could be the consequences if we just don't worry about our national debt?

Euro-Americans who oppose illegal immigration always say that "my family came legally through Ellis Island". And also that they came here to work and committed no crimes like the Mexicans are.

The truth is many of those families who came through Ellis Island would today be considered ILLEGAL. Many were stowaways or fell through the legal cracks. They had to be sponsored by someone in the U.S. and many just got off the boat, and hid away.

Also many like the Italians faced discrimination in America, so they turned to murder, racketeering, and organized crime which is known as the mafia. Does all this sound familiar??

Let's say for a moment that I accept all the aspects of the "inside job" theory (which I don't) such as:

1. Controlled demolitions.
2. Remote controlled planes.
3. NORAD turning a blind eye.

If the so called "official" story was contrived, why would they then put the blame on a group of terrorists with the vast majority of them coming from Saudi Arabia?

Think about it, that's the LAST country we want to generate any friction with, and it's been that way for over half a century.

If the "blame" was going to be tagged on "innocent" people, wouldn't it have made a hell of a lot more sence to have these terrorists come from Iraq, Iran, or another country that America had a grudge with ?????

We always dance on eggshells with Saudi-Arabia, we don't need to falsely accuse them of having most of the 9-11 hijackers coming from their country.

Unless of course that's exactly what happened.

I can not stand these people who ask such hateful questions such as "Two Liberals moved into my neighborhood...how do we get rid of them" or "Why do Conservatives hate this country" or "Why do liberals hate this country" . They make random accusations that seperate us and create hate. Why can they not remember that we are all AMERICANS, that should came first.... before party? I mean it is ridiculous....people make the other party look like they are not even human or as if they are the enemy of America when in reality it is just that everyone has a different opinion of what would make America a great country. How are we supposed to solve problems in this country if many people are completely denying that other Americans want what is best for their country? Isn't being an American first respecting the opinions and ideas of other Americans and not making them look look they are the enemy? What do you think?
