An Ohio court ruled a few year ago that a woman could go topless anywhere a man could. There is on important flaw in the 'logic' in your question. The topless overweight man is unlikely be attractive to most women in the same way the topless woman would be to most men.

Yes, I believe women should be allowed to go topless. Many women when they wear bikinis unstrap the back as not to have tan lines across their back. I have been to a beach in southern France and many of the women there went topless. We live in a free country. Women should have the opportunity to go topless if they want to.

Won't fly. A bunch of women in the state next door held a topless car wash and they were shut down. Even if it was legal there aren't many women who'd go about topless.

Yes. Women should be allowed this right. It is a comfort thing not a sexual thing. Some women need support but generally, who cares. It would just take some getting use to.

i used to live in rochester, ny. they passed a law there that a woman can go topless anywhere a man can go topless. i never saw one woman that was worth looking at with no top on.

i dont know if this helps, but in an episode of the man show way back, a man got breast implants and was forced to wear pasteys.
I think this just confuses the arguement anymore come to think of it

No, it would be too dangerous. Some women have have such huge breasts, if they made a turn too fast, they might accidently kill someone.
