I want to be completely honest. Before you call me racist and sexist, I will say that I am not. I have plenty of African American and women friends. My best friend happens to be African American.

I think that America is not ready for a black or women president. Mainly because they will most likely zoom much more into the minority status and ignore the majority. There are psychological difference in the male and female on leadership. If we hire a African American president, what will rest of the world in which we depend on will think? Are they going pay too much attention to the low percentage of Americans? Will he bring complete racial terms in the presidency? We need to experiment with race and gender of politics little more before we go all the way.

America is ready for anything that is better then what we have. Obama is not all Black, he has a White Mother. Hillary is a wonderful Women, with lots of intelligence and she is honest. Boy your group, really is a negative bunch of Propagandist's. Remember when your one finger is pointing at someone else, there are three (3) fingers pointing back at you !!!!!!

I think so but first we need one to run who is remotely trustworthy. I don't trust Hillary and I don't see how her marriage to a former president qualifies her as a candidate. Name recognition is a terrible reason to elect a leader of the free world. Her voting record and her ties with some business as well as her possible involvement with pretty severe crimes (white water) make me very concerned about her as a candidate. We can and should do much better.

I don't have anything against Obama. I think his statement about genocide was misinterpreted but I would like to know more about his rational. I don't know enough about his plans and ideology to support him yet but I am in the process of finding all I can. I might support him but I don't know yet.

I haven't seen a republican I can fully support yet. Ron Paul comes closest but a few of his ideas are a little odd. If pressed i would probably Ron Paul is the republican I would support.

Ron Paul vs. Hillary no contest, Ron Paul
Ron Paul vs. Obama don't know yet I would decide based on the debates and their behavior during an election.
Any other republican vs. Hillary I won't vote
Any other republican vs Obama not sure yet but probably Obama.
I don't support Edwards but I am not opposed to him either. If he got the nomination then I would learn more about him but I am not sure. What little I know is neither impressive nor offensive.
I won't vote for Giuliani under any circumstances.
I might vote for Thompson. I disagree with some of his stances but agree with most others.
I won't vote for Romney
I am not sure about McCain but he has failed to impress me in any positive way for the last year or so. so probably not.

Based on this election and my preferences we are ready for a black president. But no woman worth voting for is running.

if they are qualified yes, just not a crazy extremist like Sharpton or Jackson who claim they are men of God, when they just use their church for their political rallies.

Conodleeza or Colin Powell would be a good president I think. They have the countries best interest in mind.

I can do this question,... A women NO WAY we are way to unpredictable, I'm sorry but this person brings nothing to the table of interest to me, what type of a record does she have, lets see...... wow no record to back her up so she's taking up space.
I do not care if the person is purple as long as they have a record in politics to back them up and to show what they stand for, I want someone who has been around the block more than once here, I want history, if you are looking for someone who knows how to throw an ash tray, she's the one. Those are just my thoughts on this topic.
