Will this inspire the race to take back its pride, and get off public assistance and to stand up for their "babys mama" and not abandon their families?

ok I know that we are a free country and nobody forces the soldiers to enlist and that theres soldiers that really love their job and believe on what they are doing but I think (my opinion)that most soldiers dont want to be there and do not agree with this war, yes they know theyr job and that they could die, but they enlisted to fight for fair wars against terrorism and things like that u know like back then wwII a fair war against real soldiers not against hiden ieds and just because the president is so stuburn and wants to do his own thing because he can, and alot of soldiers enlist because there is no choice, I met a chick once that she enlisted because she was homeless and had nobody, so back to my cuestion would bush let his kids enlist? I know alot of people are going to say that is their choice but thats not even an option they woudl never enlist because they are rich they dont need money to support a family etc, I think they should be a draft and they should get sent, see what

If I file a workers compensation claim and I decide this job is to much for is the employeer still responsible for paying for medical care after I leave. Like this is my second claim I had surgery on the first one and just had to file another one. I just begun to go to the doctor but I seriously want to find something not so hard on my body. Will workers compenstaion still pay or should I consult an attorney.

due to the floods our water rates are to go up to pay for the damage & to pay for restructuring of the water systems..
what i want to know is why are an overwhelming majority of people going to pay for those that "choose" to live near rivers..(and they happen to be mostly the rich).
its not the fault of tewkesbury etc.as these were freak conditions & the flood plains have to be more protected in the future
however the water companies are going to charge more for droughts and water shortage as well !!
whats going on?
arent we meant to pay for the services we use.a local "tax"?as opposed to a national one?
and isnt it the responsibility of governments/councils to bear the repsonsibility, not the tax payer as they have the say where houses are built.
governments make decisions on our taxes...didnt we ought to have more say in government expenditure?like defence?
we are a small country with big problems trying to act like a large rich country that can afford to pay for big problems

OK , now that you have fallen into my trap, why not see if you can pay attention.. The international communtity had all suggested reason to beleive that they exist...the Congress and the UN signed off on the war AND.....WE FOUND WMD's IN IRAQ!! Refuse to remember if you wish....But research WMD's around April of 2004 for yourself....I was here in Iraq while you idiots were watching it on TV. So shutup with your uneducated mantra, Let the CIC do his job, Let us do our jobs.

House Prohibits Construction of NAFTA Superhighway

As part of the 2008 Transportation Appropriations Act which passed the House of Representatives this week, an amendment was included that would prohibit the government from spending funds on a NAFTA Superhighway.

While no NAFTA Superhighway actually exists, or is there any plan to build one according to the federal government, there have been discussions that such a highway is being planned. According to some, the highway would consist of 12 lanes and would run through the U.S. beginning at the Mexican border near Laredo, Texas and travel north to the Canadian border through Duluth, Minn. It would allow containers with goods and products to be shipped from other countries up through Mexico and into the U.S. Not only would it hurt American trade, but such a road would also be a risk to national security.

While there is no specific plan to date, the language in this bill strictly prohibits it from occurring. The bill must now pass the Senate before being signed by the President.

Sometimes, I wonder what would happen if someone broke in. I've been told that because I am a small woman, I would be laughed at if I approached with a baseball bat. I've also been told that Mace does not have any affect on some people. I don't like dogs, in fact I'm scared of big dogs myself. So, what should I get then? I want to have a way to defend myself and my two small children other than a burglar alarm.

I'm fighting to regain custody of my daughter who was removed from my home because of false allegations of abuse. She was given to her father who owes me $25,000 in back child support and lives in a 1 bdrm apt with 3 other adults. He lied in court about the number of adults living there. I was told to maintain a journal online that keeps track of every phone call, letter or visit I receive. I was told to note the date and time of every entry and detail as much as possible what was said. In one of these entries, Dad admitted to there being at least one other adult living there and that is now in the journal. My question is would this journal hold up in court if it was all I had? Thank you.
