It seems he wants wars so he can invade and have control, especially over oil. I know we need it but thats not the way to get it. Use the technology that's suppressed for the last 50 years. Dont give me the childish boogey man terror excuse please. Thats propaganda for idiots.

If it were not for the big oil company's wanting more oil the money spent on the Iraqi war would have got America off the oil habit. Anyway we have plenty of oil in America, it's just the big company's that benefit from wars, they don't care about the 700,000 Iraqi people killed or all our brave troops that have died. Not counting all the crippled for life people.

The war against radical Islam has NOTHING to do with empire building or oil.If we wanted to "invade and have control over oil" it would have been a whole lot easier and less expensive to take over Canada or Mexico. The USSR crumbled under Gorbachev's leadership. It is no wonder he is going around the world bashing other people. He reminds me of another pathetic loser,Jimmy Carter.

It seems, it seems, it seems, it seems........IT SEEMS like alot of things. It also SEEMS like a free and democratic middle east would open the world up to unprecedented economic growth to the point that oil would be a dwarf in a raging wold economy. Iran was a DEMOCRATIC nation before 1953. Turkey is a SECULAR state. Lebanon is a Democracy. Egypt is a Democracy. It ain't about oil it is about keeping nukes out of the hands of Theocracies and BIG money with a free world market!!!

You do realize that Gorbachev's no longer in power. He's as likely to invade someone as is Jimmy Carter.

FWIW, I also hope we don't follow a path of empirialism.
