Or at least most of conservatives behave that way.Other than overthrowing Saddam (not a big deal militarily), and allowing the people to vote in free elections it makes one wonder how illogical your party remains.

I've had police come on my property before without a warrant to try and ask me questions and I've told them they need a warrant, I want them to leave and I have nothing else to say.

If you tell them to leave and inform them that they are trespassing are they required to leave if there is no warrant?

Israel, just like every country in the world is corrupt, violent and has it's share of scandals. However it appears that people consider Israel to be this special place and it's military and government are beyond reproach of any kind.

They've even got a special term for anyone who dares speak out on Israeli crimes and it is considered the very worst thing anyone can be called.

You can criticize every other nation including America, Russia, China Cuba ect, and there is no racist term associated to those people that do so.

So, for once and for all, why is it anti-semetic to criticize Israel.

I was reading an article reguarding the illegal hotline but found in that article that he is also arresting illegal aliens who go to the jail to visit family members in an effort to combat illegal immigration. What are your thoughts and opinions on this? I think it's a good thing,do you?

Here's a bit of it with the link....
In fact, Arpaio told The Republic, he is stepping up efforts to crack down on illegal immigration by forbidding undocumented immigrants to visit friends and family in county jails. "Once they come in, we're going to have to arrest them and turn them over to ICE."

The ONLY thing that the democrats were promising to do about national security was to implement every one of them. They criticized the president and the republican congress for not taking action on them.

So, what happened? I think you liberals dropped the ball on that one, didn't you? Or was this just more methane out of your mouths?

Hears the latest : The head of home land security (Democrat) is doing his best to pass a bill that makes you liable if you report suspicious activity in other words makes it possible for a Terrorist to sue you if you reported him to the authorities to be questioned for suspicious activity or behaviour. Democrat stupidity at it's best! Reasons like this one will explain why America is in big trouble if a Democrat President is elected.Bottom line is if you vote Democrat you are one of two things .One is you are a compleat moron or two you want to see America be destroyed!

If spanking your child per motes hitting …
If killers are being killed …
If abortions makes for careless sex …
If guns in the wrong hands per mote accidents or School related crimes …
If drugs kill …
If wars are started for petty reasons …

Then why are they all legal?

Spanking on the buttocks is legal with in reason to punish bad behaved children.
Death penalty is legal to punish those who kill.
Abortions are legal for women who simply don’t want the mistake they encountered from having a night of unsafe sex.
Guns are legal in homes with children as long as you have a license to hold one. And riffles need no license.
This new drug “salvia” is legal in some states, and if the law really wanted to pull drugs from the streets they could do a heck of a lot better then they currently are. (I know a few police men who also admit this to be true).
Bush was after Bin Laden … so we thought, and attacked Iraq over Oil, we all know this now. The entire war was a set up. But he is allowed to do it.

Why don’t any one care what happens to their country any more?
Why aren’t you taking a stand?
Your ok with all of this?

Or if the hippies didn't take them, where do they go?

Come to think of it isn't the religious right in violation of separation of church and state for being a political organization which openly advocates Christian values and desires (such as banning abortion and teaching Creationism in schools)?

What of Faith-based initiative, that violates separation of church and state and it is state funded hiring discrimination.

They complained long and hard about fuel prices during the elections. Now that they are in control, why are they doing nothing? Don't say they don't have the power. They believe they have the power to over rule the President on his war policies, why not his energy policies? They have already gone abroad to independently engage in international diplomacy, why not deal directly with the oil producing countries to lower oil prices? Why have they not even addressed the high cost of fuel? I see no debate on the Hill.

Poet Iqbal says--Islam is not like Christianity. It is not a religion
of private conscience and practice.Islam comes with certain
"legal concepts".The concepts have "civic significance" and
create a certain kind of social order. The "religious ideal"
cannot be seperated from the social order. Therefore the
construction of a polity on national lines,if it means a
displacement of the Islamic principle of solidarity,is simply
unthinkable to a Muslim."

Therefore the Urdu speaking Mussalman of UP.BIHAR &
Hyderabad must reform themselves to become a real
member of INDIAN POLITY??

I am planning on having a party. I live in NJ. My property is set back a little and hidden by trees from the main road. You cannot see the house very well from the main road. I am 19 and the people attending this party are 19 - 20. We are all responsible college students. There will be alcohol at this party but no one will be drinking and driving. What could go wrong? What can a police officer do if they approach the property? Can they step onto the property? The front door is the first part of the house you come to if you approach the house. Can they walk by it and look in a window? There will not be much noise at all as my house is very well insulated. Can an officer knock on the door? Can they enter the back garden? There will be no reason for them to do this; there will be no one outside. If someone who is 22 answers the door, and shows them ID do they have to leave? Can they enter the house if they don't see anyone inside? What is the punishment for the person buying the alcohol

My sister recently broke up with her boyfriend. While they were together the boyfriend was hired to build a deck for someone. He was given $1500 up front for the job. He does not have a bank account so he requested that the check be made out in my sister's name so she could cash it for him. Needless to say he did not complete the work and he spent the money.

The guy who wrote the check called my sister and told her she was responsible for paying him back. He told her she either needed to pay it or sue the ex for the money. He told her if she didn't get the money to him, he would sue her for it.

Is she liable for the money because the check was made to her even though it was an agreement between her boyfriend and that guy? It was the request of her boyfriend that the check be made out in her name, not her request. Shouldn't he have to sue the ex-boyfriend to get his money back? Can he really sue her?

Why haven't you made us victorious? You are the only ones who care, you are the only ones who can win. That is what you told us. That is why we elected you to a second term in 2004. You were the only ones in power for four years. You got all of the money you needed, and we were patient. Why haven't you won this war yet? And when are you going to? So far, congress has continued to fund your crusade against terrorism...even though they don't agree with your handling of it. What more do you need?
