Lately, I've heard a lot of crap from Hispanic supremacists about them taking their land back (the southwest states). As an american, I would proudly show them what happens when states try to break away (see civil war). Thats right, I will be the first person to fight any traitor, or illegal invader trying to break up the United States. Who's with me?

Lets say in the near future, what eventually will distinguish a civilian from a terrorist is a chip. The purpose is to catch terrorists and protect the populace from them. Those without the chips are automatically considered terrorists. Lets say the decision to chip all Americans for their own protection is due to a declared state of national emergency caused by a catastrophic terrorist attack.

This really isn't that far fetched.

If the time comes to put a chip in your body, and all those that resist and refuse to have a chip in their body are marked down as terrorists, would you submit?

I still haven't seen proof. I've checked around, but I still haven't seen any media showing Soldiers being booed, jeered, or spat upon when coming back from their tours or, unfortunately, lost their lives for this country by those who disagree with the war. I continue to see rhetoric.

Go ahead with the insults as well, it only shows I'm right...

I remember seeing something a while back that put the electoral college into context by comparing the value of one citizen's vote in one state to that of another. For example, due to the weighting of the electoral college, one the vote of a person in California may count half as much as that of one in Idaho. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please direct me to the correct place. Thanks!

While women should never be raped, and a person who rapes a woman is guilty of it, is the woman completelly innocent if she hangs out with the type of person that is likely to commit such a crime?
OK, so the guy is guilty of raping her, but we know for a fact that if she would have used her brains and wouldn't have ignored all the red flags about the guy, the likelyhood of that rape occuring would have been pretty close to 0%.

AKA: the John Doe Provision.

"Congressional Democrats today failed to include a provision in homeland security legislation that would protect the public from being sued for reporting suspicious behavior that may lead to a terrorist attack, according to House Republican leaders.
“This is a slap in the face of good citizens who do their patriotic duty and come forward, and it caves in to radical Islamists,” said Rep. Peter T. King, New York Republican and ranking member of the House Homeland Security Committee.

On March 27, the House approved the "John Doe" amendment on a 304-121 vote

It seems some yahoo participants have been engaging in very derogatory statements involving race, creed, religion, and such. Why is it that yahoo allows these participants to do such harm to others and never take them off the account completely?

A friend of mine is absolutely devastated right now because he exposed himself on a digital web cam after receiving MSN 'adds' on a chatline. He claims he did not remember the person ever stating their asl, but when asked to reveal himself on cam, he did so and afterwards was then threatened by a person now claiming to be a 24yo male who was threatening to report him to the police. The person provoked him into doing this on the camera, and without knowing the age of the person, he did it anyways. I feel this is the mistake, but he didn't make the mistake of exposing himself to someone he KNEW was an underaged teen. The person threatening to report to the cops claimed he had already given the 'asl' and stated it was a 14 year old girl, but trust me, I know my friend and he's an idiot for doing what he did, but he'd NEVER fool around with someone he knew wasn't at least 18 years old. What is going to happen?

The American government makes RACE mandatory on the citizenship form for someone seeking American citizenship. It is not optional but mandatory for new immigrants to know and accept RACE before becoming an American citizen. The American government also grants money based on RACE. Isn't this a violation of democratic and constitutional rights.

WASHINGTON (AP) - "Former CIA operative Valerie Plame lost a lawsuit Thursday that demanded money from Bush administration officials whom she blamed for leaking her agency identity.

U.S. District Judge John D. Bates dismissed the case on jurisdictional grounds and said he would not express an opinion on the constitutional arguments.

Bates dismissed the case against all defendants: Cheney, White House political adviser Karl Rove, former White House aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby and former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage."

Thoughts? We know that outting a non-covert CIA agent breaks no law. Why try to sue?
