While women should never be raped, and a person who rapes a woman is guilty of it, is the woman completelly innocent if she hangs out with the type of person that is likely to commit such a crime?
OK, so the guy is guilty of raping her, but we know for a fact that if she would have used her brains and wouldn't have ignored all the red flags about the guy, the likelyhood of that rape occuring would have been pretty close to 0%.

Sounds like your talking date rape? For the most part they are innocent.

The only exception I have is the morons who drink/smoke themselves into oblivian so they can't legally consent to sex!? So a guy has sex with her and she screams rape! Yes the guy is scum but what the heck is with being so stupid that you put yourself into a terrible position were something aweful can happen to you!? It's called personal responsiblity, we would all do better to practice some!

No because they are not always victims. Unfortunately there are times when the so called "rape" is just an morning after thought. I can think of at least 3 women who have accused several men of rape. All were dismissed before trial. Hell one guy was not even in the same state as the victim. These are extreme cases I would guess would be less than .1% of rape cases but they still exist.

Yes, rape victims are always innocent. Women shouldn't be scared to wear tight clothes or scared to do something fun just because there might be a chance that they could be raped. Besides women could do everything they could to protect themselves and still be raped...you know why? Cause in most cases, rape isn't about the sex. Its about the control, the violence of the situation. So a woman could lock herself in her house, and never do anything to warrant the attention of a rapist and still get raped, cause the rapist would get off on being able to take control of that situation. Stop blaming the women and blame the men.

So, it's the woman's fault that she can't read minds and tell that someone intends to rape her? And what about women who are attacked by strangers? Or so-called friends? The only "fact" here, sir, is that the man is the only one capable of controlling his actions, and in fact is the only one responsible for them. Your argument smacks of the bad old days when women who were raped were asked what they did to spur the attack. Shame on you.

This as a rule takes place in international places like Afghanistan or tribal factors in Muslim international places. yet media selections it up very heavily and blames Islam while there is not any such ingredient as honour killing in Islam or punishing the sufferer. it is in basic terms cultural. I study interior the information that a guy shot his spouse or guy beat his spouse. I by no skill see their faith suggested. It blames the guy quite than the gang he belongs to. i think of it is relatively unhappy that folk incredibly have faith that for the time of user-friendly terms Muslims are able to doing those issues.

Your argument is pretty thin. Next you will blame girls for getting raped because they wore tight jeans or a blouse that showed cleavage.

No. There is no excuse for rape. You're post is just one more sick version of "but hse asked for it" No woman evr asks to be raped. And any man who commits rape should have his testicles and d--- removed to prevent further offenses. No anathesia.
