Orphan so that blame can't be put on parents/guardian and homeless as in not in an orphanage. Perfect setup so that the baby is "guilty" of murder and there are several eye witnesses and a security camera.

Can they convict the baby of murder?

Plaintiff's and defendants are prohibited from attending case conferences as well as pre-trial conferences. There is currently no law on the books which would indicate that the parties' are precluded from such conferences. Pursuant to rule 2402 (a) parties need not be present and attorneys should have the consent of their client to attend these conferences and enter into negotiations. When I engaged the services of an attorney, I did so under the expectation that the attorney would accompany and represent me at any and all court proceedings. I never thought that a court would violate one's constitutional rights by requesting any attorney to appear in lieu of their client's presence once a client has indicated in writing that they were opposed to being excluded from such proceedings.

I know judges are appointed, and with that position comes respect of due law and fair judgment. Should judges be expected to uphold their own personal morals as law, or uphold the existing established laws as the "moral authority"?

If you think it does take a look at the following links and consider calling your Senators - the vote on the bill to reverse the most egregious parts of the Military Commissions Act of 2006 could come as soon as tomorrow.

Basically the Act passed last year just days before the 2006 election may allow the President or Secretary of Defense to declare whoever they want to be an "illegal combatant" and be jailed indefinitely - including american citizens.

Conservatives - regardless of your view please consider this: You run the risk of Hillary or another Democrat having this power unless this bill passes the Senate. Personally I don't want anyone on either side having this kind of extreme control over us.

Senator Harry Reid is vowing that they stay up all night to debate about an end to the Iraq War. By doing this they hope to persuade more Republican Senators to get on board about voting for an end to the occupation in Iraq. Who will cave in after missing one night of sleep? They are not used to being without rest. Our soldiers get put through so much more and don't sleep too well. Who in Congress will cave after missing one night of sleep?

You think maybe that's exactly what those in power want? For us to be so distracted with bashing each other that we don't realize they're all basically the same? Because they're so preoccupied with getting our popular vote they mold in to what they think we want, corrupting their true ideals. Who's really running this country?

If your ignorant and racist dont bother answering. Beleive it or not there are some people to come here for the American Dream. It doesn't matter what your color is it's about the better life. I think it's a great thing that is going on here. I have my stereo types just like anyone else but when you hear about the College bound kids it make me appreciate being american that much more. It might be frustrating that every other billboard is in a different language but then you read something like this article and you know that some out there are still trying. Dont bother with your taxpayer crap cause these students earned the scholorship just like any other student would. I want to know how you all feel about this.

As long as the high hand of the law, (better known as attorneys) make statements that it will take years before they can adiquitly research this action......President Bush will continue to use "his supreme power" to close the mouths from telling our country and congress the truth that he does not want out.
That, I would say comes close to or is the begining of 'fascism'.
