i just gave my new employers my references, what kind of questions do they ask?

Are you Trustworthy, reliable, timely, responsible, good sickness record, and anything else relevent to the position you are applying for that they may be able to comment on.,

The first answer is particularly insightful as a general reference point, but you might want to ask your new employers what questions they will ask.

A Human Resourses Officer has said, "It is not so much what is in the testimonial as what is not that counts" I only think I know what it meant
