a drunk driver hit a light pole and caused it to fall in the road, which i very soon after ran over causing lots of damage to my car. my insurance company called this a no fault accident and paid for my damage. i paid a 500 dollar deductible. since the drunk driver didn't hit me i couldn't recover the deductible from his insurance, but is there any way i can sue him in small claims court?

They believe that all liberals have lesser moral values. This is often hypocritical -- for example,conservative states have a much higher divorce rate then the rest of the nation.

Conservatives started a war that has killed thousand... is that good moral values?

Conservatives hate welfare even though there are many who need it - take for example a friend of mine who works 12 hour days. She has 3 kids, and needs welfare to survive.

Conservatives discriminate against gays... Is it morally acceptable to discriminate against someone?

We are helping the enemy if we do that! Why is it so hard for people to understand we will clearly give the enemy our plans. Also why is it so hard to understand that if we withdrawl now or very soon, the whole region will be under muslim extremist control and another dictator may rise up. ok my mom came to the united states illegally like 22 years ago, for that reason we where all born here. My oldest sister turned 21 this year and for that reason my mom is finally turning resident this month. The process took 7 months and she just got a letter from immigration letting her know she is getting her residence this month. She is very happy because she can finally go to mexico and visit her parents without worrying she cant come back.
