I noticed whatever final night time that gave me desire for Iraq. It used to be approximately the Iraqi hearth brigaide. These courageous younger guys paintings aspect via aspect, no longer worrying whether or not their fellow firefighter is a Sunni or a Shi'ite. They rush to the scene, if it is of a suicide bomber or an rental hearth. They rescue folks, it doesn't matter what their devout or political association is. If simplest there have been a few strategy to instill this sort of brotherhood to ALL Iraqi's. But correct now, a few of the suicide bombers are utilising the career via the United States as an excuse to homicide their fellow Iraqi, whom they "collaborators". Perhaps if we flip the strolling of Iraq over to the Iraqi's as soon as once more, then the international terrorists who snuck in there will even flip round and move residence, and there might be fewer folks who consider that the "different aspect" are collaborators.

This doesn't really look like a question... I believe the problem you are running into is that you are of the minority of what the American people want. We do believe the problem with withdrawing early. However, the Bush administration shouldn't have a blank check with a forever timeline. With out creating a timeline this Administration will not take accountability for not doing the job they said they would do, and by consequence of that is more American lives and another trillion dollars wasted....Why can't you understand….?

you are a douche bag idiot like the president. We are fighting a bunch of thugs who's only weapon is to set land mines and blow up cars. We are helping the enemy by giving them a target to hit. If we were not there, they would only be killing each other and not our troops. Let them get a sack and control their own country. YOu can lead a horse to water but you can't drink it for them.

Maybe because it's not true? Why do people like you see enemies you fear everywhere? What's next? Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, North Korea, Russia? If you are so worried, join the military and do something beside be on here complaining about others.

They do understand. They want the USA defeated.
They are supporting the Terrorists & the Insurgents.
Bush's mistake was believing & trusting the Democrats. A bad mistake. They always betray us and end up supporting the enemy.
Just like Nam!
You'll never find a Liberal in the Military.

Because people do not want to take responsibility for their beliefs and actions. Back in Vietnam, General Giap (N. Vietnamese general) stated that they knew they could never defeat the US on the battlefield but that the turmoil in the US caused by the American left told them that all they had to do was hold on a little longer and we would be forced to withdraw by our own people. Yup the American left embolden the north Vietnamese to hold on yet they refuse to take credit even though the North Vietnamese give them the credit.

This argument for staying in Iraq is becoming real boring.
Now, or 10 years from now, the scenario would be the same.

The human capacity for self-deception is prodigous. It's easier and more comfortable to believe that what you /want/ is also what is right. It's also easier to believe that what's expedient is also justified. Neither is often the case.

Why is it so hard for people to realize attacking a country that didn't attack us and was no threat to us empowers the enemy?
