Bush would love that. Another thing to divert attention away from his own actions.
But it is unlikely. Congress is not going to approve a unilateral invasion of Iran, unless Iran directly and publicly attacks US forces or launches an attack on US soil.
The whole "we think they might have WMDs" argument is not going to fly as second time.
Besides, our military is already massively over-extended just with the Iraq debacle. We don't have the resources to launch another offensive against another country. Especially not one with ten times the armed forces that we're fighting in Iraq.

Didn't the Left start a rumor that Bush was gonna attack Iran on April 16th earlier this year ?
There were only about 5,000 post in yahoo answers asking that.
Why would you believe their new rumor ?
Remember when they said Bush was gonna invade Syria back in 2004 and 2005 ?

The key word there is 'RUMOR'. I seriously doubt our government would let a rumor get out like that if they were seriously planning on an attack. So until something happens, I'd just take it as it is, a 'RUMOR'.

ok so where did u get the "rumor" from the media? stop and think will you, if we attack iran its going to be a quick blast from mini nukes taking out their nuke plants and allowing for minimal casualties, the iranian leader is whacked out of his skull but over all the iranian people love the USA

The sky is not falling and we are not going to invade Iran. Some well placed bombs would be nice but war w/Iran is not likely to happen. Blockade and bomb. No troops needed. Peace

I hope it happens. Then China and Russia will join in to beat the **** out of the US. America can't even handle Iraq! LOL! China would destroy America in a ground war alone, and will be the Naval power in the pacific by 2015.
