Senator Harry Reid is vowing that they stay up all night to debate about an end to the Iraq War. By doing this they hope to persuade more Republican Senators to get on board about voting for an end to the occupation in Iraq. Who will cave in after missing one night of sleep? They are not used to being without rest. Our soldiers get put through so much more and don't sleep too well. Who in Congress will cave after missing one night of sleep?

What you don't realize is that the Democrats in the Senate aren't all night partiers either. If the Republicans don't throw then a bone, then who will cave? Reid hasn't quite showed anyone that he's rock solid on matters.

You've gotta do something to rehabilitate your anti-war creadentials after caving on funding... The war would be ending this month if Congress had simply declined to fund it at thier last opportunity.

The point trying to be made is the Republicans WILL NOT bring our troops home...an all nighter brings attention to this fact. The Democrats are trying to pass good laws and ideas, and the Neo-Cons are shutting it down.....hope this all ends when thre American People vote a Majority Democratic Congress.

Maybe if they, the Iraqi parliament and W worked instead of taking off the whole month of August for their so called summer recess , we could take them seriously. What's with this summer vacation, didn't they just get back from the July 4 holiday, and that was for a whole week.
