Can I sue for an injury that occurred during plastic surgery? I had a breast reduction and liposuction under my armpits. The liposuction was performed badly and I was left with a huge hematoma under my left armpit. Can I sue my surgeon?

What do you believe needs to be incorported into the program to make it successful. Examples: type of inmate to be allowed to participate, length of program, counselor/teacher requirements, resources needed and anything else you think would be important.

Why is that?

I suspect this:
Jimmy had morals. George has none.

Agree, or disagree?

Ok heres the deal.

Monday I was at college, some one at home left the garage open - some one stole my 250$ haro BMX.

Tuesday I noticed it was gone and asked everyone in the house the last time they saw it.

Wenesday I see some kid I know riding something that looks like my bike. I can swear on a stack of bibles its mine, I even have some proof it is mine (on it). I chased them down on my motorbike to see if it was mine, they disappeared in some woods.

I thought I spooked them off, guess not. I saw them drive past my house yesterday. Took off again, this time they were on the road and I drove past them. I was trying to figure out who was driving my bike, and well I was right. Really didn't get a good look at the bike, but im pretty sure its mine.

If I know its mine and I can confirm its mine, how can I get it back? Should I get it myself or call the cops - what will they do? If I get it myself can I get in trouble or sued?

That you get a green list, or some ****, and you put yoru top three places to be stationed. I said, ok but how can i get to this specific division? she said, again the green sheet. Is where you say you want to be stationed, say Fort Campbell, mean what division you will be in? so for Fort Campbell if you got stationed there, you would be in 101st?

What happened? The Republicans have started an illegal war, and the Dems that were elected to clean it up haven't made much of an effort to fix the problem. I think we are in real trouble. Neither side has done anything good. To make things worse, the so called front runners all seem to be like minded.

and with changing demographics this will be true . My question is for those who believe this, because of the great poverty that comes from Mexico, will the USA in 2050, just become the Mexico of today. Not all but a lot of posters that supports amnesty for illigals have great disdain for the USA, they love to call us trailer park trash, so what will it be like.

Americans are tired of paying for schooling, babies in county hospitals, and welfare for a group of people who do not respect or borders or flag. Lets cut our own grass and clean our homes and send them scurrying back to Tjuanna. Ole.

She contends that the initial cost of UHC will be $120 Billion. Iraq has already cost 3 to 4 times that much and Bush used taxcuts to (I suppose) increase Federal Revenue. Should Hillary do the same... even if UHC ends up costing more?

In this crazy society we live in - giving disability benefits to drug addicts and alchholics - are we NOW going to give money to those who CHOOSE to get "addicted" to the Internet? Where is the PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY?

A couple who authorities say were so obsessed with the Internet and video games that they left their babies starving and suffering other health problems have pleaded guilty to child neglect. (**the kids are okay now)
While child abuse because of drug addiction is common, abuse rooted in video game addiction is rare, Viloria said.

Last month, experts at an American Medical Association meeting backed away from a proposal to designate video game addiction as a mental disorder, saying it had to be studied further. Some said the issue is like alcoholism, while others said there was no concrete evidence it's a psychological disease

just used US law/US Constitution to run the country & keep the Supreme court?

Everyone would have to obey the law of the land or as would happen today they would be arrested by the police & put on trial & be punished if found guilty just like now.

However, there would still be local town govts. run in a direct democracy type atmosphere.

And there would be one leader who would be voted for in a natonal election for foreign policy duties & to be commander in chief only. Kind of like a Secretary of State/Sec. of Defense.

I can't really get into any more details but as a general idea might it be possible to do?

My ex husband is currently active army. He has been emailing me requesting me to fill out paperwork giving him joint custody even though he nevers sees his kid. He doesn't even live in the states. He said that the reason he wants partial custody is because he does not want to live on base. The military will not pay for his off base housing unless he is married or has partial custody. He states that he only wants custody "on paper" to get his housing paid for/more money. This is cheating the government!! I will not fraud our military. I feel this needs to be reported and stopped but I have no idea who to contact. I have searched the internet for someone to forward the email to, or a way to find his commanding officers but I have not found anything. Can someone help?

It should.

Why don't you stop wishing we had canada's crappy socialist health care plan, and put 20-30 percent of your income towards your own. Canadians pay between 40-50 percent of their income for taxes.

I recently interviewed for a better position with the Union. The position is selected by a point system. Highest points gets the job. I was told that I didn't get the job even though I had the highest points in the interview. I was told I was the only person that they did that to. That every time before and after this type of position was posted they went by the point system. Is this legal?
