Why is that?
I suspect this:
Jimmy had morals. George has none.
Agree, or disagree?

Morality is a measure of what someone does, not what they say.
Jimmy embodies morality. Bush embodies self-interest.

I was alive "back then."
We spread bad stuff about the president. We had just survived Watergate. There was no love for politicians when Jimmy was president.

maybe because many of the people who talk about jimmy carter today, have no idea how much of a terrible president he was. The see he is trying to be another al gore, and think, "wow, jimmy carter is great".
If you are talking about is rating back when he was a president, it is most likely because people did not go around spreading b.s. about the president back then. If people acted like the libs do today, they would be beaten in the streets by proud Americans who wouldn't let you talk that way about the president, even if he is a piece of garbage like Carter was. Back then, most of the people had morals and pride, and didn't use public dissension based on lies to play their political games.

S. shape and infiltrating the government from interior of. Why became Bush allowed to %. the individuals for the analyze whilst he himself became accused of having involvement along with his secret society? Why did Bernanke attend secret society conferences? those are necessary questions that Obama isn't pursuing because of the fact he's a relative to George Bush and is working for an analogous cabal, merely with a diverse call. The illuminati has sworn to break usa and produce of their totalitarian/authoritarian international government.

Carter was 28% in 1979, so not true and I think they both have morals. Just diametrically opposed philosophies on government.

Jimmy Carter had some successes, most notably bringing a lasting peace between Egypt and Israel. Bush has had no successes at ANYTHING other than rigging his own elections.

What is even scarier, is the fact that 29% of the people still can't see that Bush is evil.

The all-time low since the polling system started is 23% approval.
Bush is at (last I checked) 25% and dropping.
Maybe he's going for that record too.
