What do you believe needs to be incorported into the program to make it successful. Examples: type of inmate to be allowed to participate, length of program, counselor/teacher requirements, resources needed and anything else you think would be important.

HUH???? You commit a crime you go to jail/prison. If that doesn't educate them, then they go back to the poky for remedial training. If someone is too stupid that understanding breaking the law will land them in jail, then they can not/will not be educated.

People in prison for whatever reason don't deserve a special program. They didn't get there for being too nice. Inmates are nothing but a problem to society that will never end.
