America is the melting pot for people who hated being taxed penniless in their home countries and fled to live here.

They get here and devote their heart to the democrat party where they welcome increased taxes to help those less fortunate while never truly finding freedom.

The less fortunate ones... Welfare cases, less educated people, jobless, diabolical criminals, prostitutes, drug users and dealers, union workers and educators all beg for legalizing whatever vice they prefer, then while continually voting for liberals attesting they can legalize the said vices - it never happens.

Why do blue-staters (liberals) never catch on to that?

So last night, we are asleep. At 3 am, someone bangs on the door. I look out the window, and there is a police officer (in uniform) on my law with a flashlight. He sees me look out the window and flashes his light up at me. So my dogs are freaking out and I yell at my husband to get up. I look out the window again, and I dont see a cop car, just a pickup truck in front of our house with its lights on.
So my husband goes down. The cop tells him that he stopped because our garage door was open. Thats it, thats the only reason. At 3am!
We live in a small town suburb, its very low crime. No one locks their doors or anything. We have left our garage door up accidently several times.
So can cops do this? Just come on your property in the middle of the night for an open door?

Do you think that we should start dealing with all of our debt? Is this a forgotten about issue in the Presidential race? Isn’t this the biggest issue that Americans face in the future?

Please explain the following...

Trade deficit.
Federal deficit.
What about the housing market ?

What about the fact that most households have to have both parents working these days to make ends meet...i'm talking middle class here.., when 10 years ago....you only needed one breadwinner for a 3/2 home 1.5 children and two auto's ?

Also, many of you claim that inflation doesn't exist....however that is the ONLY reason that the fed hasn't began to lower rates again.... Inflation hasn't leveled off yet according to fed chairman Bernake. Cost of living up, average income down = inflation.

Also, I keep hearing about this tax cut that I supposedly got....but i'm looking at my pay stubs from years prior...and i'm just not seeing it here.

If you could explain all of that...that would be great.

Here is a great idea, why not stop all the insults back and fourth. I'm not a big fan of some of your ideas your not a fan of mine, sooo, we make ideas up together. Now liberals we don't have to hold hands and kiss but we could start by listing out the major issues of the day, say 1-5.

When listing try not to have personal attacks or political jabs in them (i.e. Bush Sucks thats a problem, or baby killers need to stop; reverse aboration)

Once we have a list we are going to start knocking off the problems together and then as a group campagine for change.

What should we do with sick people who can't afford to pay? Let them die, so we don't have to tax our billionaires?

Nobody has ever explained how you can declare war on an adjective. Bliar has been gone 2 weeks and already the British have stopped using it. I think we'll decide that it was just another stupid thing Bush used to say a lot, and be done with it.

Within weeks of 9/11 an email began circulating from an anonymous author that claimed to have "stunning" information. They claimed that Oliver North had warned Congress as far back as 1987 that Osama Bin Laden was "the most evil man alive" and had said, "I would recommend that an assassin team be formed to elminate him and his men from the face of the earth." The message went on to state that the senator questioning North was Al Gore. The email then asserts that 9/11 could have been prevented if only Gore had listened to North. Except that it WASN'T GORE questioning North. It was the Iran-Contra investigative committees lawyer John Nields. Al Gore wasn't even a member of the Iran-Contra investigative committee. This is all just a nice, warm, cozy, little fairy tale conservative Republicans like to tell themselves before bedtime. And it's ALL A LIE!! (www.factcheck.org)

Isn't it amazing that the media attributes it to his support of the Iraq war? The media that insists that there is some mandate of the people to surrender immediately?

When will they be honest and acknowledge the existence of the "amnesty third rail".

I am lucky that I work for a bery underatnding employer that tolerates me being late in every day. I am late in every day because I suffer with IBS that plays up every morning and also during the day sometimes. I am forever running to the loo. If I was ever called for Jury Service I would always be late because of being stuck on the toilet and would always be interrupting the case to be excused. If I try and ignore it I end up in terrible pain. Have been to the Doctors and they can do nothing for me. Would this get me out of Jury Service as it's not really my fault.

I have an idea that i want to turn into a website. It's quite novel and I know that it hasn't been done before, but I'm worried about *copycat* sites coming out with the same thing as soon as I go to launch. Given that I have something that really hasn't been done before, does the law offer me any protection for my idea *without* having to apply for a copyright, servicemark or patent for it?

If so, how would one enforce this if copycats were discovered?

Thanks!

Al Qaeda is stepping up efforts to sneak terrorists into the U.S. and has rebuilt most of its capability to strike here, an intelligence estimate states, according to The Associated Press. (www.cnn.com) And please limit your BS about how liberally biased the media is because it's simply NOT true.
