Yes Valerie Plame was a covert officer working in the field of weapons of mass destruction for the Bush administration.

It's a matter of Congressional record in her testimony before Congress ...confirmed by her superiors!!

Isn't this event possibly damaging the other officers and National Security?

Shouldn't the 'outer' be prosecuted?

I thought the President said that he would hold White House officials accountable for this?!?!

I have been a subcontractor for a major company for over five years. I have worked in very sensitive areas, including local law enforcement offices, banks, business'..all while representing this company. I have never had a complaint or anything of the sort filed against me. I haven't been jailed or charged with a crime. Someone who scours the mugshots available online discovered I had a drug charge 7 years ago, My record,along with several other people's, sent it to the company, and I got fired.
I was also 'blackballed' from the entire divison, which effectively ends my career. Do I have any recourse ?

I was walking around in my local Walmart Supercenter today, as I do everyday (sic). It was decked out in red, white and blue and draped in US flags.

... yet every item I picked up said, "Made in China".

Now I hear that Intel is breaking ground on a state-of the-art 300mm semiconductor manufacturing plant in mainland China.

I need some good news. Someone cheer me up. Tell me again, how good the US economy is doing!???

Thanks President Bush... for shipping my sons and daughters to Iraq and my job to China.

Oh, well. I better pin my smilely face back on my blue vest and get back to work ...greeting all those nice illegal immigrants coming through the front door.

The problem is that my husband and i have separated but i am yet to file for divorce. I will be filing for divorce in about 1 month. In the meanwhile i need to get my daughter's passport made urgently. Also though we married in 2005 we never got the marraige registered so we have no marraige certificate i only have the child's birthcertificate. he would never agree to get my child's passport made since he needs her custody. What should i do to get a legal passport made without my husband's knowledge?

If an employment or such application asks if you've admitted guilt.. do I say yes or No.... if I said "no contest" in a plea agreement in order to dismiss a given charge?

I never said "I'm guilty"....

It was a misdemeanor that was dimissed througha plea agreement.
