Ok so I put a PS2 bundle on Ebay and someone bought it for 150 dollars. He sends me an email saying he lives in Virginia but is on a business trip in England. He says he bought the PS2 bundle for his kid for a birthday present. He says he was going to send me 150 for the product and 300 dollars for the shipping. I tell him I am not going to send anything until I receive the address and payment. When I go on Ebay, it says his account is no longer registered. He sent me an email with the address and mail instructions and he said that I should look out for a confirmation mail for the money. I waited and received nothing until I noticed a mail in the bulk folder and it was a "Paypal" confirmation mail. The weird thing is that the email address was verify@accountant.com or some **** like that. He says I have to send the shipping tracking number to that email and ill get the funds. I emailed him saying how can i send the mail if i dont have the money and asking why his ebay account is ....

i currently stay in a different place from my home town and i had applied my passport from my home town, when they for verification, the SI told that since i was not there at that moment, he needed the present one and he declined the verification :(, now i'm trying my level best to get the verification again but it didn't workout in any way, any suggestions or any contacts to make it possible, i want the passport very urgently before threee months from now... could someone please help...

i quit my job of two months.
just before my pay for the second month. i quit without one month notice. its the company policy for the employee to provide a notice before leaving. i just knew that.
so now .. im asking for my second month salary. but they said they wont pay me. is that fair?

the car worth around $18,000. he said that he will just give it to me as a present. while i am thrilled, i don't know what should I do. I don't know if it'd be illegal if i just take it and will be able to change the title to me. would DMV ask me?? would i need to pay taxes for the $18,000.

Also, If i decide to buy if from it properly, what kind of agent do i have to go through? i'm just wondering. say, if i give him $18,000. and he doesn't hand me the car. then i will be screwed. so how does this work/?

I think gangs, and those who harbor them, family or not, are terrorist. We will never catch Bin Laden, but these gangsters are terrorizing American Citizens, on American soil.
Recently, a new "gang" tried to push me off "thier" corner when waiting for my child's bus to arrive.
I told him to pull up his pants, unless he was advertising old school about being ready for getting but f**ked like in the prison he'd end up in some day.
He tried intimidating me more, but I stood firm, so he called his bros. they waved thier gun at me. I saw what complex they came out of, and took care of them later.
Can we say busted for drug and weapon possession? I let them know when the cops were taking them away, yo bro it was me, ya wanna pull up your pants now? No? have fun!
We need a national drive to rid our communities of gangs. Does anyone know how to start ballots to get them voted on in elections?

This car is mine, my name is on the title and so is my grandma's name.

My dad has said stuff like he will never let me have it back, not going to support me anymore, and many other negative things...because I came home too late one night or something.
I admit I've disobeyed them and they just want to ground me.

I'm 21 now, pregnant, plan on moving in with boyfriend and marrying him someday and my parents don't understand that I need my car.

Once I change my address and move out can they still keep my car? Do me and my boyfriend have the law on our side?

If my wife had a civil lawsuit judgement against her before we got married. Could my bank account be frozen because we are married? It's not a joint account and does not have her name on it. I am a little worried that it may get frozen and can't seem to find an answer on the net anywhere. I have tried calling a few lawyers to find out but can't get any answers. I am certainly not a conspiracy nut by any means, but several new investigations of the collapse of the twin towers indicate that they definitely could have been imploded.
