It won't change a thing. The terrorists are already here and legal aliens. They have proven over and over that they are quite established in this country and securing the borders won't stop those already here.

I wouldn't say, 'stop' terrorism, but it could help cut down on the possibility of terrorism. For a terrorist to attack us here they need to get into the country, and if we make that harder than it is right now there is a better chance the terrorist will stick overseas where it is easier for him to get around.

I don't think securing the borders will stop any determined terrorist or group. I want the borders secure to keep illegal aliens out.

It will help to prevent some terrorist attacks, but it will not stop it, as many terrorists are already here. They can still come to the USA legally because we foolishly allow hundreds of thousands of Muslim immigrants into the USA every year.

It would not stop terrorism but it would help. There are terrorists that could get into our country legally and there are terrorists that are already here.

Yes because it will not allow terrorists in and here is a bonus: It will keep our country from turning into a 2 class third world Hell-hole!

Perhaps, but it will take years before we see the results. I would agree with your question but have issues with the word "stop." Perhaps help would be a better choice.

It will greatly inhibit newcomers from crossing over who could do potential harm. If they want in that bad they will get in, but in the interim any illegals we can stop is a bonus for us.

It can't hurt...I'm not sure how we can call ourselves protected when people can walk accross the border
