It's crazy.Rapist,prostitutes,d r u g s,obesity,racism,suicide,homicide etc etc.

Every day somebody gets murdered in the U.S.I don't see why this country is like this.

And it seems like the government is doing nothing to prevent this country's mistakes.

Is this a sign that the U.S is falling apart?

possibly be acceptable to anyone? under any circumstances??

I don't care what clinton did.

I don't care who clinton pardoned.

None of that makes this acceptable. This is not a game. It's not acceptable to do something because the other guy did.

I keep seeing everyone here refer to Dubya as a Texan....let me tell you here and now he is NOT a Texan. He was born in Kennebunkport, Maine. NOT TEXAS! It is an insult to every Texan here to assume he shares our values and judgements. HE DOESNT!

Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

How many laws can be overturned using this Amendment now that the Supreme court is starting to actually interpret our constitution the way it was ment to be?

Ok, I'm being harassed by an ex. Last summer, I dated her for 3 months. She was 16, I had just turned 18. With the fallout again, I'm worried she's going to try to pull criminal charges on me. I talked with a deputy, and he told me I could be charged. But, I read on the WV state site, 16 is the age of legal consent. And in order to really charge me, they'd have to prove beyond a doubt she was forced. But she was not, she was the one who started it. And there is a part stating that she must be at least 4 years younger than I am in order to press the 3rd degree assault. Her mother knew, everyone knew. They have not threatened with legal action, but with this, should I worry? I have proof she's been harassing me and that any legal action would be malicious since it's been a year since anything has happened. Do I consult with a lawyer, or should I not worry? She's never even mentioned bringing up a criminal case, but I'd not put it past her.

For using his presidencial powers in keeping Scooter Libby out of jail. Is this not the pot calling the kettle black, when we recall the shameful way her husband left office and offering amnesty to felons and criminals?

As I was reading Bill O'Reilly's Culture Warrior, a question popped into my head:

"Should I be wearing tin foil on my head so that the S-P elitists would stop trying to exume their control over me?"

I think it is wrong for them to get everything they need for free,a family of five are issued with afamily car, each family gets two mobile phones each, free housing fullyfurnished, free food, clothing,There Children are put into schools, where they get one to teaching from a separte teacher,to the other children in there class,.There is no wonder they dont want to go back to where they have came from, everything here is free, and they dont even have to do anything for the handouts they are getting, and most of the refugees are working, without saying anything, all they do is grab grab grab, out for nothing, I think the goverenment should take a good look at our country and say enough is enough, and start to take care of the British people who live here in England. There is plenty of countries who wont have them in there country, its time for a change MR BROWN.

Well since Clinton pardoned so and so, Bush can pardon these people.

Well Clinton lied about having relations with Lewinsky, so Bush is allowed to lie to the United States about some of his actions.

This is as mature as the statement made by a young boy to his mother "But Mommy! Johnny got the G.I. Joe, I should get one too!"

A parallel to this is China saying "Well America violated child and slave labor laws to be where they are today, so we should be allowed as well"

Is it just me? Or are those in power today using the mistakes of the past as excuses to make more problems for the future instead of learning from them?

I think fairness is a basic right in America, the point is that many of the War Supporters, and maybe most of them, can help get a War going, but stand no chance of being drafted and having to fight in the same War and possibly die in the same War. I think fairness requires that everyone should be required to serve or be eligable to serve during any war. What do you think?

and have so many people that can't tell their(or someone else's) opinion from fact?

Hell, I don't even see east side rappers and west side rappers(or their fans) going at it in the music section the way some do on here. I have no problem with people making their opinion known but don't say it like its hard fact.
