For using his presidencial powers in keeping Scooter Libby out of jail. Is this not the pot calling the kettle black, when we recall the shameful way her husband left office and offering amnesty to felons and criminals?

yes she crossed the line, the Constitution gives the executive office the power to commute or pardon at will. Why does the left keep questioning every decision the prez makes that is constitutionally sound then claim he violates the Constitution.

First, get one thing straight. Criticizing the President is NOT unAmerican, regardless of what this administration and Fox News say. It is what America is all about, and challenging the President when he abuses his powers is the most American thing one can do.

Bill (not Hillary) Clinton did abuse the power of the Presidential pardon by issuing pardons in his last few days of office. This is not at all an uncommon practice, but that does not make it any less of an abuse of power. However, Bill Clinton did not pardon someone who was in his own administration and who obstructed justice in the investigation of what is arguably a treasonous act.

And let's not forget, Bill Clinton was tried and convicted by the Congress for lying about his sex life and was impeached for it. No one in Bill Clinton's administration betrayed their country to pursue the President and Vice President's political agenda, or lied not only to protect the Vice President, but also lied to justify a war which has cost the lives of over 3,500 brave young Americans and tens of thousands of Iraqis.

Hillary's not perfect, and I'm not a Hillary supporter. But condemnation of the Bush administration's putting themselves above the law is not the pot calling the kettle black. It is called patriotism.

ADDED: It's interesting to see the responses that only attack Clinton and don't even try to defend the indefensible actions of the Bush administration.

Yes, Hillary should feel bad for speaking her mind. What right does she have to have an opinion. I tell you, the US would be a whole lot better if we couldn't challenge our leaders, and women shut the hell up. Now if only there was a type of clothing we could dress women in so that they couldn't be seen in public by other men...

Wasn't it also quite surprising to find her Rose law firm billing records sitting outside her personal office in the White House
with her finger prints all over them?. Didn't she say she hadn't seen them for years>?
Wasn't that an act of perjury that Ken Starr just didn't pursue not to mention the billing record accuracy.
What about those FBI files of Republicans,White Water, ad infinitum...

Hillary isn't decent so it doesn't matter what she says. She is a vicious loud mouth who has no right to run for the office of the president of the USA. If she gets in we are doomed. So far my vote is for Giuliani and I am not a Republican.

She criticized Barack for raising over one million dollars here in Hollywood a few months back, and said he should give it back. She has no problem when she is the benefactor. When other politicians do the same thing she does, she is the first to whine about it. Double standard for her and Bill.

Well, she is running against his record and this is just another stupidity. On the other hand, you will have to remind me what was shameful about her husband leaving office (standing beside George Bush on the inaugural stand) and who he offered amnesty to - it was so long ago.

something I have learned about Hillary is she is going to say anything to get elected....of course she is being a hypocrite but she will get buy with it with no problem...wouldn't you love for someone to ask the question....
"how can you criticize Bush for his pardon and be okay with your husbands pardons." but Hillary's not going to get it because she will get a pass....

Bush has done this over 130 times, and no one cared before this. This one is not like the others. This one was about interfering with justice for the sake of saving his and Cheney's bacon.

This one won't go away.
