I don't care who clinton pardoned.
None of that makes this acceptable. This is not a game. It's not acceptable to do something because the other guy did.

First of all, Bush was careful not to change the Libby verdict. He commuted his sentence. That is well within his rightful purview. He should have done the same thing for Martha Stewart. If you can not prove somebody committed a crime don't stoop to technicalities. This is not a RICO case!
George Bush has been one of the most honorable Presidents in modern times. He has consistently chosen what he consider right as opposed to popular. Consider taking his word on the matter.
