Are they not here explicitly to do our collective bidding?

These quotes are from different people. Can you name them ?

Quote # 1

"The public school system is damned. Let me tell you how radical I am. Christian students should be in Christian schools. If you have to sell your car, live in a smaller house, or work a night job, put your child in Christian schools. If you can't afford it, home school."

Quote # 2

"Secular schools can never be tolerated because such schools have no religious instruction, and a general moral instruction without a religious foundation is built on air; consequently, all character training and religion must be derived from faith..we need believing people."

I have talked to some friends from Boston and they tend to think that the unions play the biggest roll and it's not always on the up and up.
I would like to hear facts, but I don't mind hearing your theories either.

I must admit, I haven't been following her campaign much (or any other candidates for that matter). However, I hear so much negativity surrounding her and whatever she represents. I was wondering what some of your thoughts are on her.

I was recently pulled over for making a illegal turn in my university, the cop asked me for my wallet and i gave him my real id, then he told me to give him the fake id that was under my wallet. I was stupid and gave it to him, and he then took my fake drivers license and then let me go.

2 weeks later:
Recieve a letter in the mail saying i am charged with posses, use, or attempted use of a fraudelent drivers license. I must attend a appointment at the office of student conduct on July 16th.

What can i do? what can i say? How can i get out of this with the least possible damage to me? I cant afford to lose my scholarships.

Please no answers that tell me how dumb i am and stuff, i know i did wrong

There was an article on the yahoo homepage a few weeks ago about this, but I never got a chance to read it, and have been curious about it.

When Bush throws out things like "Crusades"
"you are with us or against us" "Axis of evil"
Then goes and invades Iraq even though weapons inspectors were allowed in. Does it surprise you that Iran is trying to build a nuke? I would be if I was them.

Big Tobacco, BIg Oil, Big Pharma. What next? What are you people who use these terms gonna do when you regulate and tax them out of existence? Complain because nobody is there to supply you with the products you want? What happens when these companies leave the US and we no longer have the tax base and the people who were employed by them? What happens then, huh?

I find it almost unusual for a person with a rational capacity to somehow disbelieve the fact that there is a significant correlation between CO2 in the atm and human consumption/pollution. This is about environmental control and dramatically reducing our large scale exploitation of the natural world we live in.

Even more astrounding than supporting Exxon, people are against using discarded embryos for embryonic stem cell research - which holds much more promises than adult or umblical cord stem cells.

If you oppose one of these two or both please explain why and if you support one, it would be better is mentioned it

I'm in a joint contract for a student house with 2 other guys, and before we moved in we had to get our parents to sign guarantor forms and also arrange with our bank for money to go into their account. the problem is, only two of us did this. the third housemate never did either of them, and then 6 months in, left without paying most of his rent. The landlords never chased us up for the rest of the money, but he's mentioned a few times that the two of us will have to make it up by the end. Can that be legal, considering they never forced the guy to sign a guarantor form and didnt even chase him up for money until 3 months into the tenancy???
