Also,if they wouldn't doing their jobs correctly,they too can and should be impeached just like U.S. presidents can!?

No. At least with appointment by the president we have a team, good or bad. (and under Clinton they were BAD.)
There were three female reasons I did not like Clinton and none of them were named Paula, Monica, or Hilary. They were Janet (Waco) Reno, Donna Shelala, and Carol Tucker Forman.
Even at the state level we waste a lot of valuable time when one party pulls one way and the members of the other party fight them. We could even elect a Governor from one party and a Lieutenant Governor from the other not so long ago. What a MESS.

Hell no, cabinet members are suppose to be experts in their field and not politians. We don't need to bring politics into that arena.
