I do believe we would have a division in this country. The war was not about slavery but the difference between North and South. Slavery become the issue when Lincoln was not getting support of the war from the people, He knew he had to do what ever it took to keep America as 1. Very intelligent man!

prolly about the same, but just take everything on a time line and delay it about 5 or 10 years. i assume your mainly speaking of the slavery issue, and someone would have eventually stopped it if Lincoln didn't

It would have turned out the same. One person didn't change history..it was a number of people.
Someone else would have taken over Hitler's place...if he has followers someone always will.
