How do you go about writting a motion to dismiss traffic citation for west virginia. I got a ticket and want to write a letter but have no idea what to put in the letter. I was wondering if there was some sort of format you are supposed to follow or certain info you should have in the letter.

My grandma was driving back from the local miners welfare in her mobility scooter when she gets stopped for riding back drunk, admittedly she likes a drink while playing bingo on a friday but she only gets plastered while at home, anyway from what she says they asked her to stand up and get of her scooter which she refused and tried to drive off, they arrested her for being drunk and disorderly and said she tried to run the female police women over. she spent the night in the cells for nothing, she's a 54 year old women who has paided taxes for years and this is how she gets treated. make me sick.

i bought a car on ebay it said it would run with a starter i bought it then payed 300 for a starter it doesent run there 100 problems with it i want my money back im under 18 and he sighed a bill of sale with me is that a legal contract sence im under 18?

its a simple question, why live in a nation like america where you say you have no rights..........wouldnt you be much happier in a nice communist nation like cuba and venezuela where everyone is poor and therefore on the same level??????

Don't they know that the day we loose our freedom of speech we loose our freedom? We will have a dictatorship! Is this what people truly want? Why don't you get it that it is the war and not the troops we are against? Why don't they understand that we love our country just the same as they do. We just take a different aproach?

Is it fair that someone can become a US citizen just because his parent managed to sneak into this Country and have the baby while here illegally????? WHY? Shouldn't the law be ammended to say only babies of American citizens and natrulized immigrants are allowed Citizenship.
