Why is Israel so sacred?...if the word Israel is mentioned or questioned, they are labeled Nazi...When is the world going to grow up and let Israel lay in the bed it creates...it is long past 1948 and they are big boys now and should be made to play in the big leagues like the rest of us.

Israel, offering Golan, awaits Syria proposals Fri Jun 8,07
JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel has told Syria it is willing to trade land for peace and is waiting to hear whether President Bashar al-Assad would cut ties with Iran and hostile guerrilla groups in return, Israeli officials said on Friday.
One said Syrian officials had so far indicated a willingness to conduct discreet contacts that might lead to a resumption of formal peace talks after a seven-year hiatus..Two days after Olmert confirmed Israel had sent conciliatory messages to Damascus, Israeli media widely reported a leak to a newspaper that quoted a senior diplomat saying Syria had been reminded that Israel was ready to discuss returning the Golan Heights, captured 40 years ago this week, if peace talks resume.

Did not the supposed conservative republicans once lambast the sociolist democrats for a "nation building" mentality, you know, the "lets help($$$$$$) out the poor countries so we can just all get along" mentality? Well, IF Iraq is'nt coming at us at a pretty penny it seems GWB & THE administration wanna up the antie! Appearently, after the "pope" put George on the skillet to soften him up recently while "visiting" in Rome, president Bush promised the pope an "easy" 30 billion to Africa for combating HIV/AIDS. Problem is WE THE TAXPAYERS WILL BE FOOTING THE BILL!!! Who's playing nation builder now??? I mean the UN has enough SCANDALS going on now. Outta that 30 billion the HIV/AIDs project would be lucky to get a song ana dance out of it, as the rest would go into the international elitist pockets!!! Vote for Ron Paul & support your Libertarian party to stop the bilking! Global warming tax fron the demo UN magicians, nation building tax from the repubie UN magicians. Wake up America!

For her own personal attention getter?

Bree Walker, will be purchasing Cindy Sheehan's 5-acre property near the Bush ranch in Crawford, Texas,

Walker, currently a resident of San Diego, was previously a television news anchor in Los Angles and New York. She confirmed the news to us moments ago, in an exclusive interview, that she intends to keep the property "as a ground for freedom and peace" and is considering erecting a memorial there for troops killed in Iraq. She hopes to create a meditation garden on the grounds and to keep it open to the public.

Why do the Republicans hate folks who do good
for the troops who die & try to create memorials for them?

It seems all the chicken littles have lost their fear of terrorists and especially the Americans who always blame Canada for being too liberal..now all of a sudden it is ok to give away the most important document you will ever obtain....maybe Walmart can handle the distribution for an every day low price.

It's not even in the Constitution? In fact, it's not found in any political document or legislation whatsoever. It was simply a quote from Thomas Jefferson. It reads:

"I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should 'make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' thus building a wall of separation between Church and State. Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience."

Thomas Jefferson - Letter written to Danbury Baptists, 1802

So, how are these people who are attempting to rewrite history able to legitimately use this doctrine to support their cause?

Sadly, my cousin overdosed on pot. He was just a kid. 19 years old, & a senior in high school. Everyone loved him. He was a football player, and an active member in our church.

One day during his senior year, he went to a party. Some liberal parents had gone out of town, & left their child unattended (why am I not surprised by the irresponsible parents) so of course, he threw a party. Well when my cousin arrived the kids were drinking, smoking, & behaving poorly.

Since most of these kids were passing around a marijuana cigarette, my cousin felt out of place. At first, he refused to smoke. But the kids kept putting peer pressure on him by saying things like, "one puff won't hurt you" & "all the cool kids are doing it." Finally, my cousin succumbed to the pressure, & took a puff.

Immediately he went into convulsions. Then he stopped breathing. Finally, his heart just gave out. By the time the paramdeics arrived it was too late. My Cousin was DOA!

Kids, learn to JUST SAY NO!

1. She has the money
2. She has the backing of many DNC party faithful
3. She has significant grassroots support.

I mean, a lot of people said Bush wouldn't win in 2000, but he somehow did. People said Hillary wouldn't win in the Senate in 2000, but she did.

You have in every poll saying at least 45% would vote for her now.

Okay, some argue..well, the GOP will bring up alot of baggage on Hillary that people won't want to vote for her.

Do you think she's not capable of bringing up baggage on Guliani (cross dressing pics), or McCain?

The point is, those who think she won't win are severely underestimating her.

She will win, whether you or I think she should or not.

Really..all she has to do is ask during the Presidential debates "Are you better off than you were 8 years ago?"
