All the little weasel had to do was sit down with her and B.S. her a little about the loss of her son. But the coward chose to take the same path he took during the Viet Nam war and the same path he took when the Air Gaurd started drug testing....... run and hide.

Anybody can curl his tail between his legs and run - but he should have been professional enough and kind enough to meet with her when he knew about her son's death. That would have saved a lot of heartache for her. The chimp has no feelings for the people who put him in office, so how can we as a people keep him there????

He has better things to do with his time, like running a country. She just gave up her fight too, stating she felt used by the Democratic party - what a shocker!!

HE DID MEET WITH HER!!!!!!!!!!! Try reading before posting.

Drudge quoted Sheehan seemingly speaking glowingly of Bush: "'I now know [Bush is] sincere about wanting freedom for the Iraqis,' Cindy said after their meeting. 'I know he's sorry and feels some pain for our loss. And I know he's a man of faith,' " and, "For the first time in 11 weeks, they felt whole again. 'That was the gift the president gave us, the gift of happiness, of being together,' Cindy said." Drudge contrasted these quotes to Sheehan's statements on the August 7 edition of CNN's Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer, in which she said, of the 2004 meeting with Bush: "We wanted to use the time for him to know that he killed an indispensable part of our family and humanity."

She didn't raise her son, all she has done is disgrace his memory, she couldn't be bothered to get a head stone for his grave, and in point of fact only became interested in her son after he was gone and she collected the money, I think she and the person? that asked this question are on just about the same level, very very low.............................

I doubt you have the ability to see the BIG picture. You call him a coward, he made the tough call. What about you? Have YOU served your country? Or are you just another one of those B.S. liberal weenies who breathe my air, eat my food and fill my septic system and offer nothing of value in return?
Setting the precident of sitting down with one stupid wench will open the door for having to sit down with all of the morons of the world. And believe me, there are far too many of you. Nothing would every get done!

Guess what, Sherlock, he DID meet with her. He did meet with her about her son... as he does with parents who lose their children in this war... But she wanted ANOTHER meeting with him. That's what her whining was all about... she forgot that she was angry about the war when she met with him the first time, so she wanted ANOTHER meeting with the man so she could do her "rehearsed" song and dance with him. She's what's known as a "media whore." Sadly, her son proudly enlisted in the armed forces, and his hippie mother danced on his grave and his memory.

I do believe that he realizes that nothing can make Mrs. Sheehan feel any better. Her son volunteered just like the rest. George owes her no special apologies.

HE MET WITH HER ONCE. THAT'S ALL HE HAS TO DO.
SHE HAS BECOME A COMPLETE LUNATIC. SHE IS IN LOVE WITH HUGO CHAVEZ. WHY DON'T SHE PACK HER BAGS & LEAVE? HER SON VOLUNTEERED TO SERVE IN THE MILITARY. HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THIS.
