Why is it OK for the U.S. to sell nuke technology to China and in the same breath we tell other countries like Iran they are not "worthy" of such technology????

Okay my situation is my "manager" i beleive does not like me that much. I had an incident last week where i was approached and verbually abused by another staff member infront of other staff so i left work because i was upset and even more upset that my "manager"was there when it happened. Now he is saying that i am in big trouble for leaving work because i should have just stayed at work and "copped it on the chin"Do you think this is right?? Now he makes fun at the way i talk, says things to me like "dont back your bum onto me" (when i acedently bump him) And goes and looks at the cameras and makes sure i leave and finish work to the time i am writing on my time sheet (even though i am fulltime and have to do 40hrs a week) and then questions me if i dont write the correct time down but i actually did i just didnt start at that time cause the other girl was late and she has the keys and he said "to bad" Is it right what he is doing?

From being the force behind Scooter Libby's involvement in the PLAME outing to criminal involvement in the politicizing of the Justice department, I think little by little the evidence is accumulating that would justify his removal from office.
Once that happens Bush would be truely irrelevant. The GOP should never have lost the gavel during the Mid Term elections of '06. It is costing them dearly. Cheney has to be the one directing the course of the Bush Administration. We know the " decider " can't manage this on his own. He lacks the mental and intellectual capacity.

And I know you may think that Im bashing him but we have been studying all the canidate in 2000,2004,and for 2008 ( since we could vote) and Im black and my girl is white and I have never seen her get so emotional over a canidate until Obama.. It was just the other night when he was adressing the ministers about the " silent riots" . She was a little wet eyed and I asked her what was it that was making her cry and she said, not since Martin Luther King Jr and JFK has I seen anyone care about the WHOLE nation (poverty, rich, majority, minority, old and young) and it would be a shame if he was not elected. Say what you want to say about experience or race --- all that aside --- Do you think Obama can help unite a nation as one after years and years of seperation?Or do you still think he's just some regular politician? Cause Im watching all these canidates bekering left and right about 9/11 and Iraq and whose fault it is that I really didnt think about the wars we face at home.

Instead of complaining about it, let's discuss why it happened and what we can do about it, if anything. I really began noticing it when Chrysler went under back in the 70's because of poor engineering, poor planning and of course unions that were breaking them. The K-Car came into being when our government helped them out financially. Remember that? Being a true American, I purchased one of those vehicles only to discover that my engine wasn't even made here in the U.S. Why is that? What are the opinions of others?

Rules of warfare have changed in every war.
We don't wage war as we did during the Civil War or WWI. We didn't change our rules of engagement during VietNam and lost. It seems we are doomed to loose again unless we can fight terror with terror.

The Federal Reserve is basically what keeps the United States running. It controls the finances for the government and is the central banking system in the US, and so on. If you look at who the last heads were, they were all Jews. Volcker, Greenspan, and Bernake are all Jews. It makes you wonder who actually controls what happens. I know I will be called a racist and ignorant, but I am stating the facts.

This woman chasing mean old bald man give's a few speech's after 9/11 and people call him a hero??? oO A hero doesnt take 100,000 per speech he would do it for free. A hero would champion his family not destroy it by cheating. A hero would not try to move his mistress into his home before he was divorced with his wife still living there. This man is the moral compass for the republican party? That is very amusing to say the least. I hope he does get the nod from the GOP so I can watch another canidate rip him to shred's in debate's. If he is a hero im a bearded gnome. TY GG!

that whether one's service in the military is irrelevant to whether any military action is right or wrong? I was told when I was 20 years old by a friend (who was the local army recrutier) that I would not be allowed to serve in the army if I wanted to because of a medical condition (asthma). Does that disqualify my opinion on whether the war on terrorism is justifiable?

Of course the anti war crowd can't have an honest open debate of ideas. They'd lose every time.

Hillary Clinton has said on many occasions that something has to be taken away from people for the common good.

She is of course referring to taking money away from people for government funded social programs.
Do we really want the government to decide "the common good?" Is this just another way to coerce the populace?
One only needs to judge the efficiency of FEMA vs the American Red Cross, a government agency designed to serve the common good vs a private enterprise that serves the common good.
How can a political body, which is influenced by lobbyists and other special interest groups, be trusted to decide the common good?
Is not the "common good" best served by private enterprise and non-profits like the American Red Cross and other such organizations?

Why do liberals keep saying that Bush ran up a $9 trillion dollar debt with "his" war? Are they foolish enough to think the national debt was $0 when slick willy left office? Do they really think that the surplus was an actual surplus of the national debt? No, no one can be THAT dumb....can they?!?! It would make sense though. No wonder they are so mad. Jon Stewart told them all that bush spent $9 trillion dollars over the past 6 years. Where are all the "intellectuals"? Where are all the academic elite of democrat party? Why haven't they done a good job of explaining to the little folk what is really going on?
