Um...no. I can say that with absolute certainty because George W. Bush will still be the President of the United States.
The next G8 meeting in Tokyo will be in 2008. The next presidential election is in November 2008. George W. Bush will not leave office until inauguration day, which is January 20, 2009.

No. For one thing, George Bush will still be president in 2008. For another, she won't be winning the Presidency.
