Mrs Clinton later told her best friend Diane Blair that she believed the presidency would help her marriage because her husband's "sexual compulsions would be tempered by the White House and the ever-present press corps".

Some experts have said that Iran is anywhere from 2-5 years away from developing nuclear weapons.

Recently a department of the U.N. said that they could have then anywhere from 3 to 10 years.

Sounds like they could have them before this decade is over.

Will Israel stop them? If so, how? Will the U.S. do anything?

People who lived in the 60's and 70's can tell you crime was much more of a problem in their time than it is now. All crime figures show crime has gone especially murder and rape the two crimes people fear the most. Yet people always say you never know with crime now a days.

Your birthright is to think and say what resides in your heart. A cultural War is raging across our land, in which, with Orwellian fervor, certain acceptable thoughts and speech are mandated.... Some refer to it as Political Correctness......You must be the change you wish to see in the World...

They like to blame Clinton for withdrawing troops from Somalia after Mogidishu, but the fact is both Democrats AND Republicans voted overwhelmingly to take them out. In absence of a declaration of war, the War Powers Resolution of 1973 gives congress the power to remove troops. BOTH Democrats AND Republicans voted overwhelmingly to take them out. Clinton had no choice once the funding was cut.

AS ALWAYS, HERE'S THE EVIDENCE:

WAR POWERS RESOLUTION OF 1973
Section 5(c)
"Notwithstanding subsection (b), at any time that United States Armed Forces are engaged in hostilities outside the territory of the United States, its possessions and territories without a declaration of war or specific statutory authorization, such forces shall be removed by the President if the Congress so directs by concurrent resolution."

You would think as your knowledge and experiences increased that you would adopt a set of values that promoted lasting friendships and strong family ties . That you would work in a field that provided something of value to all people and not work building weapons and arresting and keeping people behind bars for smoking pot . Or trying to teach a history that is not true just because it sounds better then the truth .
50 years ago you may have been able to isolate your community enough to keep the truth out . Trying to scare your kids so much that they never left that small town for the big city . Or chasing those poor teenage girls who enjoyed sex out of town and the bad boys who seemed to wild to settle down and start a family . This is no longer 1950 it is 2007 and we know what happened to the Indians and the slaves and how capitalists hired gunmen to kill workers who tried to organize the workers and ask for more money .
The ugly truth is out and we need to fix the rules .

The big chill between Rudy Giuliani and ex-wife Donna Hanover was on full display yesterday when both attended their daughter Caroline's high school graduation - but sat as far apart as possible and never spoke.

When the commencement speaker, Sen. Charles Schumer, noted Giuliani's presence and the audience broke into applause, Hanover and her son, Andrew Giuliani, sat stone-faced and didn't clap.

But Hanover and Andrew jumped up and cheered when the Harvard-bound 17-year-old Caroline received her diploma from the tony Trinity School, while Giuliani and his wife, Judith, didn't even crack a smile.

It has come to the point that they will not believe anything unless it comes from the mouth of a right-wing political pundit.

Not only will they not believe the "liberal media" and "activist judges", as well as mainstream historians, economists, professors, teachers, academia, polling companies, judges, etc...

But now, they won't even believe scientific organizations like the American Meteorological Society or government institutions like the Department of Treasury.

I'LL GIVE YOU SOME EXAMPLES

How many of you buy a gun because you need it for protection. I am just curious, I believe people have a right to own guns and I am not one of these hippie types that think guns are the reason crime happens. I own 5 guns which are all locked away in a safe which would take a few minutes to access, which in that time would make its purpose useless. Also to those who own guns do you really believe that your lives are that dangerous that you would ever feel the need to carry a gun with you at all times.
