My 2 year old grandson has been taken by dhs and there is no reason for it.They took him 3 wks ago.He is with people he does not know.False allegations were made.DHS came to my house with the chief of police searched my house found nothing to be as they said. dhs woker said there is no reason for her to be here.A week later he was taken. I recieved a letter along with my daughter from dhs saying everything was fine allegations were false no need for removal of the child. Just someone is jealous and wants what u have they spead lies. My grandson is the one who is hurting the most.DHS is the one who is abusing him. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!

People who were found to be innocent after being held for anywhere from 1-6 years in Guantamo Bay are not being released because we have no where to send them. In our rush to accuse, we have tainted people where they are now persona non grata for crimes they did not commit ( or we could not even prove they committed). There are currently 385 prisoners there and according to our OWN government, most of them will be released because they were not guilty. When all is said and done, out of the 385 prisoners we held ONLY 60-80 MIGHTbe put on trial, the rest freed. Have we not just created yet another level of hatred for this country with boneheaded tactics?

Okay this is what is happening. My boyfriend has a troubled 15 yr old son who is in and out of juvey. They ordered for him to have a counselor. When they sat it up they said EVERYTHING would be confidential that the son would talk about w/ her and nothing would be discussed w/ anyone. He told her so many personal things and stuff he has never told anyone. Im sure alot a it was bad. But he did it because he was told none of it can be discussed w/ any 1 else and no 1 could find out about it.
Well he is in big trouble and they are planning on taking him out of the home for a year or so. At the last court date the judge ordered all of the paperwork from the counselor so he could look over it w/ the probation officer.
My b/f thinks its illegal b/c he was told it was confidential. He is looking for proof that it is illegal cuz hes "certain" it is. He said if he finds it is then he will be able to have a diff. judge for his son and he may not be taken away. Is this illegal?

Please help! Columbia Co. is real bad at what they are suppose to do. Here's the thing; they do not allow calls to your case worker. They say you must write a letter requesting that they look into your case. But they are not getting back to me either. So I called the D.A. to see if I could file contempt of court through them ; and they said they need a referrel from Child Suppport. But they are no help either. i cant under stand how these prisoners get drugs into the prison from there visitors ,there should be a barrior between them and the visitor like glass where there is no contact,and thay should build these new prisons in the west coast of scotland on an island ,and have 2 visiting wrights every 3 months, thay are in prison for braking the law so pay the price ,this country is to soft with these nutters

i'm 17 going on 18 years old and thinking about moving in with my bf's (boyfriend) parents house, yes he lives there too and we plan to go to college there in PA. But my mom said that by oregon law you can't move 'till your age 21, but i thought you can be age 18 to do whatever you want because your an adult, right?
