Okay here it is, a friend of mine has been charged with posession of a CDS II. She went for her arraignment and discovered that they have the charges filed under a different name. Will say her name is Karen A. Anderson but the charges or filed under Karen L. Anderson which is her mothers name. Is this a technicality that will cause the charges to be dismissed. If so will this protect her from going to jail or will they just bring the charges under her name. She also has charges because the guy she was arrested with stuck his charges on her.

Tenants used to be the darling of the Bush admin for fixing the intelligence to show Iraq had WMD. Now the truth comes out, and instead of being a man and admitting what he did, Bush tries to make Tenant look like a liar? Yet more bungling and lies from the Bush Admin?

John Edwards is skipping on a Democratic debate because he is a spineless wimp, and is afraid of Fox News because of its conservative bias.
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/03/09/politics/main2552920.shtml

However, just as obvious as Fox News' conservative bias (or even more so) is MSNBC's liberal bias. So how come no Republican candidates are withdrawing from the debate?

Because they aren't cut-and-run, $400 haircut wearing, wimpy Liberals like John Edwards, who crawl under their bed at the sign of a "hard question", which are very common on Fox News?

Or was John Edwards just trying to get his name in the news, thinking that "any publicity is good publicity"?

What's going on here?

There have been three incidents of harassment by neighbors in which the cops were called. I left 3 messages on the landlords voicemail yesterday and he has not returned any calls yet. What occurred has bordered on a hate crime, though no physical violence occured. If the landlord still refuses to call back or address the situation, what legal recourse do I have against the landlord?

Sorry for wording it like that. But I'm a Proud Southerner. We talk like that, in these-here parts.

I'm trying to focus on what "Supportin' the Troops. But not the War" is all about?

Is that like not likin' Drugs. But makin' Moonshine on your Property? Is that like,......... well. Just what is that like? I'm tryin' to make heads or tails of it. And it ain't makin' no sense.

**Just trying to make some humor. About a very misunderstood topic. If someone can give me the details of it? I'd deeply appreciate it.**

Any attempts to criticize Our President. Will not be determined to be worthy. Is your hatred, for him, so much that you're willing to lose out on the Ten Points?

Condi's new warning says that now the President will veto any bill which compels Iraq (through penalties for failing to make progress) to start to take charge of its own security?

WTF??????

Basically, what the administration is saying is... we're going to continue occupying Iraq and providing an overwhelming majority of its national security. We're going to continue paying for everything. We're not going to plan to ever withdraw. We're not going to do anything that will compel the Iraqis to stand up for themselves and stop living like a nation of welfare recipients.

Great plan, Mr. President. Really. Stellar logic and reasoning involved there. Fan-freaking-tastic.

Can ONE person explain to me how this plan is good for the United States? Don't give me rhetoric about fighting them there so we don't have to fight them here, or eliminating terrorism, or bringing democracy... tell me how it's good for US to NEVER end the war in Iraq.

An estimate was prepared when I scheduled their appointment. I was told the office staff would verify this estimate with my insurance company to receive a confirmation of what services would be covered and if there was any problem, they would let me know. I agreed to this estimate and scheduled the next appointment. AFTER (not before) the completion of all services at the end of the next appointment, I was told they were not able to contact my insurance company to verify any coverage information. I paid the estimated amount and instructed the woman to file the claim with the insurance company and I would wait to hear the result. The next call I got was from a collections company saying the ins co didn't pay. At that point I talked with ins co and they said there was no coverage since dentist was not in network. Now I am faced with huge bill I never would have agreed to if I would have known up front ins wouldn't pay. Has anyone sued for this before? What was the result?
