Hey sweetie I actually feel more sympathy for your neighbors than you.....I know you are concerned about property value declining....but I doubt they realize they are moving in next to some inbred illiterate...I think i saw a question posted "Moving in next to a conservative....will my childrens IQ go down?" maybe you should get together and voice your concerns!

Actually a house full of drunken bikers on parole is about as low as you can go on the nice neighborhood scale. A liberal or two would be a step up. Plus their garden will be ripe in a few months. Relax and wait they will share.

Depends on the kind of liberal, but you're probably OK. The days of the dirty hippy liberal are largely over, today's 'limousine liberal,' is affluent, as into conspicuous consumption as an 80s neo-con, and likely to keep his property attractive (using 'undocumented migrant labor,' of course) and even make improvement.

It will make your neighborhood more colorful and a nicer place for everyone to live and not just narrow minded people who see the world only in black and white. Since liberals are more creative and talented you can expect the value to rise dramaticlally cause the neighborhood will be kept clean and the property will have good landscaping and smart children who don't throw rocks at other people living there.
