I doubt that anyone can answer that question. Now, if you asked "what is the fastest growing religion that already has at least X followers" then we may be able to pin it down.
However, if someone has a "new religion" that started with 1 person a year ago and now has 10, that religion has grown 1000 percent in the last year (which would make it the fastest growing religion).
So the scope of your question should be more narrow.
