The police investigated the area where I parked and it turned out to be public property. She had almost 20 feet of area to park but she left her car backed up against mine for me to see when I came out to move my car. I said she couldn't do that and she said she could because it was on her property. I believe she hit my car intentionally because otherwise she wouldn't have just left it there for me to see and then tell me it was my fault. The cop said I might be able to sue her homewoner's association but I don't understand that. Anyone have suggestions as to what I can do?

Is Palestine still a democracy even though America, etc won't accept the democratically elected Hamas?
Is it a dictatorship then?!!

So what is the official state of its goverment right now?

It can't possibly be called a democracy if Fatah is in control. Can it?

we all want the same basic things... which will piss both sides off to hear, but it's the truth. Stop bickering and start thinking.. liberal, conservative? words that have no real meaning except angry slur, admit it,,,we all have friends from the other side and 9 times out of 10 you will agree to disagree and finish the card game, the hostility in here is manufactured.. don't believe the hype..

example: Bill Clinton as a FACT looked into the news cameras and stright out LIED, he was found guilty of lying by the evidence, and his own admitance. The left rants on about President Bush lying. now I keep up with event and at no time did I here any guilty verdict or admission of any alleged lie of any sort. I am being nice, to be blunt, the left has OPINIONS that Bush lied and can not back their arugement. So as usual their creditability is ZERO.

Alright my G/F was going a wee bit fast on the highway and it was her first time getting a speeding ticket, she has never been pulled over and the cop decided to give it to her although I can see why on how fast she was going.

She wants to try to fight it since it was her first ticket on her record, is it even worth it I mean would she be better off paying off the ticket, well first off does she have to pay for court cost I believe she does I know shes trying to pay a family friend whos a laywer $400.00 and but then how much would court cost be?

So would she be better off paying off the ticket, and how long will the insurance company take to find out?

If we cut and run Iraq will collapse into a terrorist breeding failed state (plus the world will know we've failed).

It should also be obvious to anyone with half a brain that we are not winning now, and can't ever win with the current level of troops.

Why can't everyone (including the generals) just admit the obvious - only the draft and at least 500,000 troops on the ground can win this war.

my boyfriend got 2 tickets like last year for the exhaust being too loud and for illegal lights he didint show up for court the two times he needed to go and also just on friday we went to get insurance for my new car and they told him his license was suspended but they didint send him a notice can they get him the day he goes to court to schedule for another court date hope it doesint confuse you any advise on what he should do i also live in the state of california

A person has some property they own. Another person asked them if it would be okay to park an old vehicle on it for a few days. The owner does not live in the area and doesn't know that any vehicles are still there. A few people in the community asked the person to get rid of the vehicle/s because it is rusting out, windows have been broken out, and it is so old it has become junk. The person has been notified and keeps telling the others what they want to hear and then does nothing.
City officials: a judge of Civil Suits, the enivormental trash authorities, sheriff's department, and the county health department have all been spoken with on the individual case. They advised the questioner about the rules that are being broken. "It has been over 20 years, and now, there are more of the same persons vehicles parked on the other persons private property, and else where on the block, and the officials of the city, county, and local environmental protection agency has not lifted finger to enforce their laws. Does that make them all criminally liable for the crime?"

A male forces and annoys his female friend in different ways.He is NOT letting her to BREAK the terms.He harass her mentally NOT SEXUALLY.He forces her to do whatever he likes ,he forces her to go with him anywhere he want.LADY HAS DENIED TO GO AHEAD WITH TERMS BUT HE STILL CALLS THE GIRL,sends flowers ,gifts, respectfull greeting cards AND COME TO MEET AND TALK AT HER WORK PLACE.Lady dont want to keep any terms with him now but he is not allowing her to do so. Lady want to call police but on what basis they will punish his male friend ?She is in trouble ,please let her know are there any laws to protect a lady from the mental harassment?
