WTO and Berne countries will confiscate as contriband any pirated works coming from those countries, so you won't be able to profit from stealing the property of others. Also this would be a criminal action, not a simple infringement, so the penalties if caught include stiff fines and jail.

How in the world would I know! I do know the Chinese had a big problem with copyrights. They just didn't understand the concept.

But I think they do now as they do all kinds of trading with us.
