I know she is illegal because i work in human resource and she is using a False ID, she is nice and friendly but anyway she is breaking the law and sould be punished and sent back to England where she belong. Am i wright?

You should report her. That false ID could beong to a real citizen. Identity theft is not a laughing matter it destroys peoples lifes. It is an employers right to report these matters.

Yes, you are certainly right in reporting her, and I commend you for taking action on a criminal stealing someone's ID and being in this country illegally. Nice or not, she is a criminal.
