they;ll evenually put out a warrant for his arrest if they haven't already. the bet thing to do is to got o the ticket office and work out a deal. they would rather have the money that him being locked up, so make sure he takes some cash with him. he'll have to pay to get his license reinstated also. judges are pretty lenient on things like tickets, so don't worry too much.

They can issue a warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court. The may not have done so yet.

The best thing to do is to contact the ticketing location and pay the fines in full. They don't really care if he's locked up, but they do care about collecting their cash. Nevertheless, be prepared to contact a lawyer for advice, should the need arise.

I feel sorry for you and I'm sorry to say this but what an idiot your boyfriend is! Does he think he is untouchable and that he can get away with anything and do what he wants? Why did he not show up for court? Was he fitting a spoiler? Serves him right if he does. I know it's not your fault though so I know you must be worried.

Yeah, they might take him in if there is a warrant out for him. That is likely since he has 2 failure to appears in court. Either way, he's going to have to address it sooner or later.
