I find it soo insulting when Americans boo the Canadian national anthem at hockey games. I'm not generalizing all AMericans, cuz most cities don't, but for the ones that do, I think it shows NO class at all. They're not only booing the country that made the game... they're booing the nationality of most of the players on their own team. Why do they persist at booing a country they know nothing about... and the same country that made the game they are paying to watch? AGAIN, I realize this doesn't happen often, but when it does it really bothers me. It also happens on both sides of the border to, which also pisses me off. Why are some people so rude and ignorant?

Yesterday I met a business man, born in Turkey, whose family had been murdered by Islamic Militants and ONLY because they were Jewish. This mans perspective on America was interesting, especially in that he recognizes the same Muslim takeover in America as he saw in his own country. He expressed frustration over the "blindness" of liberals in this country, most of whom have never been under and/or seen oppression the likes of which he has lived, much less lost their entire families.

What can I do about my fiancee' car getting broken in to? We live in Texas and his parents are saying there is nothing we can do leagally. It was in the shop getting fixed because it broke down when someone WITH THE KEYS got in his car, took all his valuables that he, stupidly, left in it, but out of sight and even locked in the glove compartment. They even locked the glove compartment back up after being in it. Thing is, his parents say to even have video proof they need a sapina. He is upset, to say the least, and i don't blame him. Please, we need help on this A.S.A.P.

Terrorism is at an all time high. There are FREAKS everywhere (in case you have not noticed) and the solution from the Lib's is to disarm America as if that will stop the crime. All that will guarantee is that Americans will be going to a gun fight with a water pistol.

they aren't getting their own way anymore? With the power ebbing away - drip by drip by drip - their fanaticism seems to increase whilst their sense of purpose is vanishing?
No more family values to cram down everyones throat,no more tax and spend Democrats what with Bush's obscene war costs,no more we are the Moral anything,etc....
Gee-all they claimed is turned to dust by their greed, hypocrisy and love of power for it's own sake.
Could this be why one can practically feel many of them foaming at the mouth through their answers/questions ?

This has got to be one of the best fighters ever made. Not to mention my most favorite aircraft on the planet. Now that they have been decommissioned, the only thing they have to look forward to is a degrading and disrespectful procedure I like to call being chopped up like roast chickens. This is something I would expect, oh, a piece of crud Cessna or something like that to go through. Yeah, there's a few exceptions. There's a handful that are in museums across the country that will escape this fate. And there's a handful that Iran has, but we can't even lay a hand on those because they don't belong to us anymore, and naturally, they, too, escape this fate. Personally, I'd like to see one be buried rather than being chopped up. I think it would be more respectful to both the aircraft and to those who have flown in these planes.

Being someone who loves these planes, I feel it is a great loss. And I'm sure it's no trip to Disneyland for those who have flown them.

Republican Congressman John Doolittle (man is that just an appropriate name or what) had the F.B.I. raid his wife's business today, Doolittle got some serious change from Jack Abramoff, I've lost count how many of the righty's with thier talk of family values, the scripture, and patriotism have or will be going to jail for violating those values? Wow and they have the nerve to call liberals lowlifes? How many more will Abramoff be taking down when it's all said and done.

So where will blame fall? Activist Prosecutors? Zealot Democrats? The Far Left? Hell it's always someone or something else that caused the problem with these types, Foley claimed & Alcohol abuse and an alleged childhood assault, Delay blames an over zealous partisan prosecutor, and so on and so on, what will the excuse be this time

Me and her broke up after 2 weeks, I am 17, and she is 15. My ex-girlfriend, her brother and one of his friends was driving down the road and whipped out in front of my mom, brother, and step father and cut them off till they pulled over to the side of the road and both of the males in the car jumped out and headed toward the car my family was in while one of the males reached under the seat for a weapon, when my family sped off. I live in a VERY rural town with only 3000 people in it and we only have 3 cops, so I feel there is not much that I can do about this and I need help. I don't know what to do and I had no idea she would go this far and go after my family, we both agreed on the breakup and it wasn't that bad. I just don't get it and I am so scared they will hurt my family or me. What can I do?

lot and started walking towards. we put out the joint. They both had shaved heads and were dressed in street clothes, and asked us about smoking, saying they could smell it from far away. At first we said we hadn’t been smoking. Then they asked us to stand up, and it’s at that point we asked them if they were cops and they both showed us their badges and said yes. Neither of us had any marijuana on us except for the small remnants of the joint the cops found under my friends shoe. They proceeded to search us and found nothing else. Then one cop looked at my keys on the ground and asked me which car was mine, and asked me if I had any other marijuana in my car, and said theyhad ‘probable cause’ to search my car, even though we weren't near it, the doors were locked, and the screen in the back of my SUV was covered. I said there might be. The cops went to my car and found roughly 6 grams of marijuana in the very back, and citetd me for posession of less than an ounce. Illegal search?

unless
some body applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as
indicated in our banking guidlines and laws, but unfortunately we
learnt

We recently terminated an employee 8 months into a one year contract who was also contracted the year before. According to the contract, we can terminate without cause by giving two weeks severence, which we did to avoid the hassle of just cause. He is now threatening legal action saying he is owed payment for the remaining four months.

Where it gets tricky and the bulk of his case is that during his first contract he was paid out his entire salary over the first 8 months as by then he had commissions built up to sustain himself over the summer. This pay schedule was kept for the first few weeks of his new contract before we realized the inherent flaw that he could quit and leave with four months free pay. While the remaining four months on his contract are mostly down time with little to do, he is still expected to be in the office. In truth, due to the overages at the start of the year he has already received an extra $800 over what he worked.

Does he have a case?
