Husband was in Army in Germany. My 3 Daughters were born there. I have Internatl. Birthcertificates but the DPS Office said they need "Abroad"B- Certificate for Texas Drivers License. Have no idea what to do!

Contact either Immigration and Naturalization Services, the hospital where they were born, or the Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany. Explain the situation and fax, or mail, copies of the birth certificates, and you should receive the Record of Overseas Birth Certificates.

My son was born when i was in Germany. After he was born we went to the personel office and they did the paper work for the report of birth and latter when it was deliverd we when to pick it up from the personel office. Pooh! there is no International Birth Certificate. Birth Abroad maybe, if you qualify. Mail if you don't believe, I had four.
