I am doing research on how effective the threat level advisory system is in our fight against terrorism.

Is what occurs at the airport effective or a nuisance?
Do you know what each color means?
When traveling, do you notice a difference from one threat level to the next?
Do you take any extra precaution upon learning of a threat advisory?
Do you feel more safe now than you did before 9/11?

Thanx in advance for your responses.

I understand that we want our troops home but if we left now what good would the past 5 years have done? If we pull out now the country would be in worse shape than when we started. Yeah I agree we probably shouldn't have gone to war in the first place but we can't change that now. Now we must look to resolve the situation. I understand we all want our loved ones to come home but the only way to do this is to send more troops to Iraq. A greater number of troops will ensure that we will see them sooner. This is a big issue especially with the upcoming 2008 presedential election which is why I ask you to vote Mccain. McCain will need all the help he can get as he plans on sending more troops to Iraq. While most candidates have plan for defeat McCain offers a successful plan for Iraq which allows for victory and the return of our troops in a quick way. Please share your reasons for wanting to leave Iraq and how that will solve any problems.

It seems disapointing that we do not have a system in place to get a respectable person in the Whitehouse.

Every time I read a stupid, evil and/or irrelevant sentiment regarding one of my questions..I look at the profile of the writer and they never allow email or IM contact.

Any of the you normal people know why this is?

I'd ask them but I am doomed to get to the same ignorant deadend...a lousy answer with no chance to comment.

We have ousted Saddam, installed a democracy, if we leave, the terrorists in Iraq will have lost their only recruiting tool (to drive us out) and the Iraq government will be able to take over.

The democrats want Bush to hold the Iraqis to their promise "to stand up as we stand down". No time like the present, right? Right?

The situation on the ground will only get more anti-american the longer we stay.

The registered letter is from a lawyer for the plantiff asking questions about my boyfriend. The letter states it complies with rule 5224 of the Civl Practice Law and Rules. It also states that if I don't comply with the subpoena it is considered a comtempt of court. Is this true or just idle words of lawyer looking for answers? And is this really considered a subpoena?

My thoughts are that it is about time an everday American citizen be voted in the White House.

Some top subjects that I would change.
1. Put the Fair Tax into place
2. Stop the free welfare system. Those that can work would receive a free education for a good job, they would still receive welfare and free daycare if needed, but once they have the Bachelors Degree they would then be required to get a job to support themselves. No more free lunch. If you have kids on welfare, you will not be able to have any other children until you are off welfare. Free education would require drug testing.
3. Use people in our jail system to help farmers farm land, so they stop using illegal aliens, this would be like the system in place for cleaning up the highways. Cheap labor for farmers and other businesss that could utilize less violent crimnals in jail.
4. Enforce immigration laws on businesss that hire illegal aliens. No more anchor babies, if you are illegal so is your baby.

We argue about everything and both sides insist they are always right. In truth both are right and both are wrong. It takes both views in a society. I am a moderate socialist and the differences between the left and right only strengthens my belief in a socialist america. We will find common ground or else collapse. I will say we are the decendents of Europe and would be better served to pattern our practices after eurpe than to continue to pattern ourselves after Japan. We must not try to be like Asian society because of our religious beliefs, multicultural society, and our intellectual inferiority to Asians.
