There is no bumper stick that is really known for getting you less tickets but there are things like having the Mason symbol on your bumper or some other association symbol on your bumper as well (like a fraternity symbol). But that can go against you as well.

dont know, but my sister got pulled over and she started crying and said a bunch of problems she had and stuff, it was really convincing, she even fooled me but yea, she had no drivers licence at the time and the cop just said something then left, but i doubt it would work if you are a guy...

I don't think there's been any graduate school disserations on that, but I would hypothesize the police support one.
