Every time I read a stupid, evil and/or irrelevant sentiment regarding one of my questions..I look at the profile of the writer and they never allow email or IM contact.

Any of the you normal people know why this is?

I'd ask them but I am doomed to get to the same ignorant deadend...a lousy answer with no chance to comment.

Because we only allow intelligent conversations to occur with our e-mail...walla....no contact for you.

I'm a Conservative Republican and I allow e-mail. I'm sure that not just Republicans block e-mail from other users, I mean there are a lot of idiots on this site that I wouldn't mind not hearing from.

Let's see--because you can say anything you need to say right here on the board? I mean, you wouldn't want to say anything privately to a YA member that shouldn't be on the public board, would you? I thought not. So, what's the diff?

I'm republican and my email has and always be open, why is this in the military section?

They can't give reasonable account for foolish statements, so they refuse to be held accountable. They're snipers. Cowards.

And some Cons do allow email access. However a highly disproportionate number do not.

Because they know their argument won't hold up in actual dialogue. Simply posting an ignorant question and then giving thumbs down to answers they don't like is the extent of their debate skills.
