Situation; man is attacked by group of amed thugs when he fled for his life he hit one with the car by accident he didn't stop and was charged with hit@run now I recently was told there is no selfdefence in NJ but there is some law called distress for life or something of that nature if anyone knows anything includeing the actual name about this your answer would be greatly appreciated thank you very much

Learning Annex teaching Pornography. What do YOU think?
There is an actual school called the Learning Annex in Los Angeles that has classes on "How to make money in the Adult Business." They teach you how to make videos, post things online, etc. In other words, how to become a pornographer.
I contacted the National Organization for Women about this, and they were very rude to me; they told me that they don't get involved in "things like that" and to not "waste their time." "If you don't like it, don't take the class."
So, it's ok for the image of women to be pornographic images? Oh, sure, I am sure that helps women improve via empowerment!
How disgusting!
Women don't care?
Ok. That's how I tried to help (I am a man).

I was just listening to a speech given by bush over the radio about the democrats and how their trying to cut funding and get troops out of Iraq and at the end of the speech he says we need to put our political views aside I will veto what ever I get until I get what I want. He also talks about congress taking to long to give him the bill and then says he will veto that bill and wait for another one? If it's such a big deal then approve what ever they give you so things can start moving. He's just trying to press his political views even though he says this isn't a time for that. who over voted for bush is an idiot he is one of the worst presidents in a long time I would take any one over him. I firmly believe a woman should not be president but I would take Hilary Clinton over him. It doesn't matter what he does now once he's taken out of office our troops will be removed from Iraq. Bush is an idiot why is that? This is the same guy that tried to get the draft back why vote for him?

We attacked, invaded and occupied Japan because it was japan that attacked the US 12/07/1941

That's as black and white as it gets.

Why black and white?

Because the government that attacked the US was the same one that we fought against.

But my understanding is that congress found "No credible link" between Saddam and Bin Laden in the 911 commision report.

Given this US Congressional conclussion, ON WHAT SOURCE of infrormation do the war proponents counter this congressional rational.

I DONT WANT A TON OF INSULT AND DISRESPECT FROM SOLDIERS - like in my previous question, I JUST [[ HONESTLY ]] want to find out what you know, HOW it is you are so convinced about:

the connection between Bin Laden and Saddam and 9/11.

What book can I read?

Is there a certian web site for free that allows you to look up direct case laws?? For example "State v. Foster 109 Ohio St.3d 1, 2006-Ohio-856, 845 N.E.2d 470 " When I try to google it I come up with several of them but everyone I clicked on was just where other cases used it as an example. I can't seem to find the orginal case law. So any help would be great.

What you hear on news on 9/11 thats all but not real answer from Government, they would never allow those answer be out on the news, what you hear from news that alls thats what you will think that it was only planes crashed on the Two towers thats it, but as you know that Two towers also puted Dynamits inside to blow up the The Two Towers, I don't know why they have done that but you will never get a one word a true story from them, if you even get that true story Please save your life before they will get on your the Government, kill you or you never existed!!

Why as americans do we think that we have the right to travel to any country we like but that noone should come into ours? i mean do you know how hard and expensive it is to get a visa even to just visit but yet we can walk in and get a passport for less than 150 and in very little time!!! how much sense does that make?!

They all understand, of course, that their Jewish bosses expect a certain slant on the reporting they do. They understand which side their bread is buttered on. D.A.R.E has been around for about 20 years, is it working to prevent drug use in the youth of America? I'm not sure it is, seeing that the number of drugs being used hasnt decreased in decades. Why are we paying for a program that isn't working? D.A.R.E uses scare tactics when teaching about drugs. I remember hearing that marijuana causes severe brain damage, but studies show this to be false. Also it cause lung cancer, recent studies have also shown this so called "fact" to be false. Why are we allowing these programs to lie to the youth?
