If the savings is in her and her son's name and he is paying all of her bills, can he use the account for himself as well?
She died Jan.28th of this year.
His sister was written out of the Will and wants some furniture, and some savings bonds in her name, can we give her these things before the all of the estate matters are closed?
She is calling all the time, crying and angry, it's getting very upsetting, we want to give her what she is entitled to, and what she wants from the estate, but, we are told we should wait?? she is going to contest the Will, isn't that expensive? She is in PA, we are in MD, mom lived in MD, would she have a chance?
Also, she has 5 kids, 1 was put into foster care for a year and social services has been contacted numerous times, would that hold up in court if we needed it?

Earlier he asked why liberals were so upset about the obscene salery's paid CEO's in America today, at first I gave off the usual litany of why right down to Lay, Ebbers, Koslowski, Skilling, and Nardelli, but he made the staement that CEO's are worth thier weight in gold, I took a moment to do the math, Gold is currently going off at about $679.00 per ounce, 16 oz to the pound and let's say for the sake of arguement the average CEO weighs 200 lbs, OK I'll pay him his weight in gold since it will save the company HUGE money, the CEO Would ONLY be paid about $2,172,800.00 annually I'll settle for that over $20,000,000.00 and invest part in pensions and part in increased hourly wages for ALL employees WOW who thought I could find a place to agree with such backward thinking

In 2003 I was 17 yrs old and charged with a dui I served a week in jail and paid my fine for the dui? Now I never paid for the reinstatment fee to ohio. I was caught in West Va and was charged for driving on a suspended license. I called the DMV in Ohio and they said its not suspended but I need to pay the 500 dollar fine to get the license back. Can I really be charged for driving under suspension if the year was up in 04? Thanks for any response I go to court on Friday the 13th and an attorney wants 2200 to rep. me Thanks again

Last Tuesday I checked my caller ID and there was a call from the sheriff's office. At first I wasn't going to call but then something told me I had to call and ask why I received a call from them. The lady asked me if they left me a message and I said no. Then she asks for my name. I was reluctant at first but I thought I should do the right thing. So anyway I left my name and 2 days later they came to get me at 7 in the morning. now my question is...Why did they wait so long and only after they sort of engaged me through the phone? Was it some kind of ploy? I have been here all along for the 2 and a half years and they could have come to my house anytime they wanted, right? so why do they have to call me first? was it to confirm i lived here before 6 of them came to my house at 7 am like I were some kind of dangerous killer or drug dealer?

It takes alot of planing and co-operative effort to run a successful political campaign and win an election. These people are obviously smarter than average.

With that being said, how can they claim that the mess we're in is not their form of planned kaos?

the bail call for you after they ask you for a name and number, can I sue them for this? I was in the cell and I heard him say "Beth this is so and so form the Marlboro district court, Ed needs 500 dollars for bail...etc", but then when i got out of jail finally that night my friend said she never received that call and she even checked her voice mail and there was nothing there. I'm starting to think the ahole guard did it on purpose so that I had to be sent to the jail from the courthouse before I could get bailed out. Is there anything I can do? I want to sue because by law a person should be allowed to make a "bail call" to someone while in custody and the people there should let you make that call not some stupid guard.
